  1. I found web address for the track in onsted. its about 15 minutes from Bundy hill. They have sled grass drags there to. here it is http://www.onstedatvracing.com/
  2. The guy told me that he want riders to ride there and make it better, more trails, and open to ideas. He wants us to ride to carve it out and make it more ridable for us to have funa and get more people there. They had 700+ on labor day weekend i heard
  3. I still havent been there yet and i live a mile away. Its supposed to have old log roads for trail riding also. I see alot of quads and trucks there. Im gonna shoot for this weekend or next forsure. I just got my Shee jetted, got to put the new Redline clutch in, ive had it for months, just no time. There is a ORV Race park in Onsted michigan, i cant find their site, next time i drive by the sign i will get site address and post it. I think its more mx racing, and maybe a flat track. not sure
  4. Ok i found the tube between carbs was disconnected(choke tube that connect to both carbs), it idles great, my mixture screws are at 2 turns. i didnt check the needle jet position. Whats should it be? Also is 260 mains ok for my setup? What about them other jets i hear people changing to 27.5's is that something i should get? Thanks for your help
  5. It idles great with the choke on, Then once i shut choke of it wont idle, you rev it, it bogs, i put my hand at right side tailpipe which would be the pass side on a car and i dont feel much exhaust coming out and thats the side it pops on. It was great before i jetted it, i dont get it. then when i took it for a ride after i jet it, it ran great but wouldnt idle. Are the washers supposed to go behind the plastic piece thats under the jet? or on the jet and on the bottom side of the plastic piece? I just put it back the way it came apart, i havent messed with Shee jetting before.
  6. Ok now i am worried i see some other people with stock motor using 300+mains. Mine is a stock 87shee. booste bottle, K&N, the FMF pipes and thats it. 260's is what i recieved with the pipes when i bought em off a guy on this board. I know he lives close to me in michigan so im sure elevation is close to the same. I just dont want to burn up my motor. I have mixture screws 2 turns out. Should i adjust them since its got pipes and jets? thanks
  7. Ok i have FMF Gold Series SST pipes with FMF Powercore 2 SST silencers. I had em on for a while but havent had time to change the jets. Anyways i fired it up to hear how it sounded once and that was it, never rode it. So today i changed the jets to 260's i believe it said on em and it looked like it had 200's in it. Ok my problem is it wont idle and when i rev it it pops a little out the exhaust. ok also i dont know if this has anything to do with it but the plastic piece that the jet holds on to and the washer go behind that, the plastic piece wiggles a little bit like the hole is as big as the jet. Also i put it back together the same way i took it apart, but is it right that the washer goes behind the plastic white piece? or does it go behind the jet? It ran fine till i jetted it. I took it for a ride and it runs great under wide open throttle(but wont idle and rev it pops) i cant keep the wheels down in any gear. Thanks for the help in advance. I forgot to check what position the needle clip was in.
  8. I was unable to go, but passed it a few times and looked packed. I heard it had a good turnout. I was told it also has old log roads to rip down to. They wanted to test and see the turnout, i believe a drag area will be around in there very soon. I think i heard its over 400 acres. Anyone on here go and take pictures. I am gonna try and go this sunday, Going to Mudvayne concert saturday. They have a track in Onstead, Michigan, which is just about 5miles give or take a little but its motocross track for quads only which is good. I dont know alot about it. If you cant find info on it i think Planet Powersports in Coldwater can give you answers because i see the onstead sign in there and hats.
  9. The BP gas station is actually about a 1/4 mile east of the riding area on the north side just like the riding area. Also about a mile east on the south side of the road is a bar and grill called Lakeside, they have Big burgers, pizza, chili yearly and tons of other food and beer for after the ride. Plus a live band friday and saturday that plays new and old rock, Nickleback to Radiohead etc. I hope this goes good, i like a close and good place to ride. I never rode in it, i drove truck through some of it and its big and looks challenging.
  10. Thats a good question, their flier doesnt say anything against it, i need to findout to because i have 2 daughters 11 and 15 that ride. I just called to get road address and started Bsing with the owner and forgot to ask.
  11. ok got it, it's 9960 East Chicago Road Jerome Michigan 49249
  12. Live in Jerome, i think its in jerome because its a mile away, i dont have address, i cant get it but call these numbers and they will tell you. (419)779-1001 or (419)392-1951
  13. There is a gas station right next door also where you can get gas, ice, pop and chips, etc. its close to restraunts to. Thats gas station which is a BP doesnt have race gas but does have diesel for you guys like me with a diesel truck. I think 92 octane is the most they have for gas, maybe 93 whatever BP's carry.
  14. I dont know if any of you have heard about this new place, they open labor day weekend and stay open after that for now on. its a new place to ride, the owner was tired of going north and riding and having alot of the trails gone. Anyway its at a old Gravel pit not far from Indiana or ohio. its called Bundy Hill "Extreme Off Road Adventures". Sept 5th, 6th and 7th is opening weekend. gates open 7am and close at 8pm. There is camping all around the place to, not on the property but there are campgrounds all over. Its about 15miles west of Michigan International Speedway and about 4 miles west of US-127 and located on US-12. The number to call is (419)779-1001 or (419)392-1951. If you dont have flag they rent em for 5bucks(with a 10 dollar deposit) All they want is you to have basic safety equipment, flags, helmet and closed toe shoes. It's 15bucks per person a day. It has Sand dunes, extreme rock crawling, pea stone gravel hills, shear drop-offs, bottomless mud pits, hood-deep water, trails, devils hole, chicken hill and much more. They allow 4x4's, dirtbikes, quads, UTV's etc. I live a mile away and gonna try it, i went yesterday for a preview and what i was able to see was sweet. Hope you guys try it out.
  15. Thanks for all your help from all of you guys.
