  1. You can go up 10 thou on the base gasket. That would get you into a better squish range. It wont mess with the durations enough to screw up your power band.
  2. Your an idiot. WTF is wrong with you? Ok I feel better now......
  3. That sucks. I could have stuck a new piston in it when it was here. The jug looked in great shape. Buy a new piston for it.
  4. Used Stock Stroke True and Welded Crank. Low hours with bearings.......drop in and go. $140 shipped to you.
  5. I have good stock used cranks for $100 if you need one.
  6. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Let
  7. You still have a problem somewhere. That thing should not have 170 mains or the needle all the way up. That should be so fat it stumbles on itself.
  8. He has a Chariot timing plate. Piston to wall clearance is .003 from me just a few weeks ago. But should be checked with the rest of the stuff.
  9. I agree, start with the timing plate.
  10. The spark plugs actually are threaded into the domes. I have had issues with people not tightening them all the way. If you do a leak down test and air is coming out of the spark plug tighten them down until they seal up. That
  11. I'm stumped at this point. .050 squish on 120 PSI with 100 octane. It is on a rediculus 25cc dome cut at .115 depth on a 13 degree angle by NOSS. The next step was to try and set the timing to zero. Thanks for the input guys.
  12. Jeff must have some big nuts to have so many swingers on them. Move over so I can swing too :woot:
  13. Those jugs have a great port job. Full port job with tranfer updrafts fully worked. I believe they are 190 ex on a 130 trn. They will rip hard!
  14. Yep, Yamaha full liter sport bike friction plates and Barnett steel plates and springs is what I sell. Nothing better than the Yamaha friction plates. Don't even try the EBC friction plates. Call FAST cause I'm out of them. I'm sure Jeff uses the same setup.
  15. The green reminds me of a 1970 Dodge Dart a friend drove in high school. Get that thing running.
  16. You dont want any of me and my ride I lay the smack down with this machine.
  17. I know, I suck. I will send out PM's to the people interested in them with a new rebuild.
  18. Sorry guys, I jumped the gun on this one. The pictures of the cylinders were before the bike went together on the last build. I tore it down last night. The top ring spun on a broken or pushed pin and caught the exhaust port. They need to be bored and the piston is no good. I will have to go back to the customer and see what he wants to do.
  19. I'm selling these for a customer. They are sand blasted and are in great shape. Low hours. 64.50 bore on Wiseco pistons. These originally were my personal jugs on my bike. They were used as a test bed. Sold to a customer that rode them for one season and is now building a 421 cub. Starting at $500 with pistons. Taking offers.
  20. Very nice. What year and model Zuk is that? Who made the pipes? Can we see more pictures?
  21. I have no idea why it ran with 162 mains in it on a stock stroke with no porting. I have never run that big a jet in those carbs.
  22. You should be about a 155 main jet with an air box on it with no lid.
  23. Now thats how you do it. Bravo!
  24. Hang a dead animal carcass out of its mouth. Now that
