    nah i think you have that backwards. when you heat metal you change its chemical properties and strength is lost. without heat would have been better.

    you may be able to get away with +4 on pump gas but i still wouldnt like taking the risk. and def when you bump up compression you need to run race fuel.

    if youre not plannin to run at least 50/50 race/ pump gas i wouldnt bump the timing any...i wouldnt take the risk for thefew extra hp youre gonna get..and same with domes. to run high compression domes you need fuel with more octane...

    yea you can install the complete motor when its all together. put it together on the bench then install. leave the spark plugs out. youll need the gas tank off too...

    there are a ton of builders out there. what kind of riding do you do? generally a woods or dune port runs about 300 whereas a drag port will run you about 5 to 600...i have motors done by both FAST and Redline racing. they both do excellent work and are great to deal with.

    i say stick with stock carbs for now and buy bigger ones when you get your cubs. stock carbs actually perform very well on stock and ported motors...

    a banshee engines power lies in the porting and pipes. dont waste your money on the big bore. spend that on some good porting and good pipes. you will love yourself for it.

    race them and shut them the fuck up. when i was still on stock cylinders with no porting i had a guy wanna race me in his newer model z28 camaro. he was runnin his mouth about how fast it was. i dusted his ass for at least 4 or 500 feet. he said he passed me going almost 80 mph. your 4mm cub will flat out waste those rice burners..id put money on it.

    no. you need at least dual 35mm pwk to make it run right. if you wanna run a single carb get a woods port and keep your stock cylinders..

    just get rid of the bottle. then the line that runs back to the botttle just run it straight to the ground next to the radiator..
