cubs would prolly work for you then. cubs will run awesome with 33, 35 or 39mm pwk...take your pic. thats about right for a good dune port. a drag port can get you more into the 80s. with the right pipes and carbs. roughly 85 to 95 hp depending on pipes and carbs. id say right around 75 75 to 80 im guessing?? depends on other things as well.

so what exactly is happening when you ride it? youre being somewhat vague. will it start and idle fine or not? kind of need more info before anyone can diagnose any problems.

a 4mm setup will work better with 33 - 39 mm carbs. stock will work but you are not gonna be gettin the full potential of the motor. you could get by with either, but do you ride faster or slower most of the time? play riding sounds more to me like dune or woods port would be better. i dont know shit about RB but i know jeff is good and also redline racing in oregon. i highly recommend both and have motors from both. you riding fast most of the time? if so cubs would be fine. however, if you ride trails and shit i would go with stock cylinders and the right porting for your riding. a cub comes in any size and setup correctly will make more power than any stock cylinder setup of the same size. no problem, thats what we are here for.

i can ride my 421 cub with +4 with no problems. in the sand its a little touch to keep the front end down off the line in a drag race but other than that its fine. i went out the other day and rode my 10mm cub with a +6 on it and i can whip it around pretty good with the +6. i say you will prolly be fine with the +4 but if youre at all concerned with keeping it down go with the +6. you wont lose much handling if any..

whatever compression you lose can be made back up with a milled head or different size domes..most ppl who port have either one of those done anyway..

is your on/off button in the on position? you got enough gas in your tank that you dont need to turn to reserve? choke tubes in place? didnt foul a plug with the carb cleaner? tried choking it first?
