i always ran 27.5 pilots with those kinda mods. i would just go up a main size or two and check the jetting. that should get you good for the temps.

ive run 33, 35 and 39mm pwk and they all have run about the same jetting. id start with about a 162 main and 48 pilot and see how you come out...mine right now at 1000 ft above sea level, and 50 degrees or so is 160 and 45...

is the jetting off? do you have a good ground where the coil mounts? there are 2 tabs there that need to be down to bare metal to get a good ground. you might try that. banshees run kinda funny down low until you hit the powerband anyway. is this something that just started happening?
