  1. I think the Contour HD is a far superior helmet cam. It's easier to use by far. The GoPro will sometimes not record if you don't get the button pushed just right and there's no way to know unless you're looking at it. The Contour has a slide button that records. When you slide it forward, it beeps so you know it's recording. It takes tons of video and to charge you just plug into a USB port. I have both so I am talking from experience.
  2. Yea, but I'm sure insurance would be sky high with her on the back.
  3. I tried to find the "Like" button for this, but I couldn't find it.
  4. First off, this is a Banshee specific forum. We have seen every problem that could ever possibly arise with a Banshee. That said, your Honda mechanic's opinion holds little to no weight with anyone on this forum. Now, what is the issue you're having? If there was another thread on this I didn't see it. Try to be as detailed as possible.
  5. Cam, what would stop a guy from cutting out the lower frame rails between the motor and the a-arm mounts and fabbing up two tubes right next to each other to make room for different types of pipes? I haven't looked that closely at it in person, but it doesn't look like there's anything that would stop you from doing that is there?
  6. Why won't you? What are you waiting on now? Sounds good to me.
  7. This year is going to CRUSH last year in terms of awesomeness. There's going to be a lot more riders, more sponsors and a grudge race between Passion Racing and Shearer Pipes. Plus, I can't wait for Shannon to pass out in a chair. I have something extra special for him this year!
  8. Well I think I fond the balljoints. I have some on order from O'reily Auto Parts. Should be in tomorrow. They are from a 1980 Mazda B2000 pickup. They look identical to the one I have from Stellar and it's the same part number that NYUK gave me. It's kind of funny too because I was standing at the parts store trying to figure out what they were off of and I Googled the part number and fitment chart and a thread from BansheeHQ in 2005 was like the 4th link down. It listed the truck and everything. Go figure.
  9. It's easiest just to buy an old junk basket and pull the gear/bushing out of that. Check with NYUK. He's usually got a bunch of stuff laying around. I actually got two used baskets from him earlier this year.
  10. I never liked my heims. Plus they squeaked and it really annoyed me.
  11. Cool. I'll check and see if those will work.
  12. Does anyone know what ball joints Tim uses for his arms and the ones he sells as a replacement? I'm wanting to get some to have on hand and with Tim out of the office I need to figure out what they are and where I can get some. Any ideas?
  13. I've never understood why anyone would want to waste a perfectly good set of plugs doing a plug chop. In ten years of riding Banshees I have never once chopped up a plug.
  14. If not, there will be plenty of sandwiches that need made. Oh and make sure you bring the big ol boobies. Hahaha.
  15. Yep, from the factory it came with 2 rollers and the slider on the pivot tube up front and the chain guide in the rear. I run both sliders but only the lower roller up front. It's not going to have the upper roller in there. I think you can buy a kit with all 4 pieces.
  16. Fuck that. I don't trust ladders sitting on flat, solid ground.
  17. What are you waiting for?!
  18. 4 weeks from today mawfuckas...
  19. I cut my chains with a 4" grinding wheel. I usually put it in the vice.
  20. Bring it up and let me look at it before you sell it.
  21. You need all new parts for that.. Washer - Bushing - Keyed washer - Clip I wouldn't even rick riding it until it's fixed. That clip and washer can cause major damage if it gets sucked into the clutch basket.
  22. I disagree. Kalib Starnes and Thales Leites are the best the UFC has right now.
  23. That's no shit. I'm not even letting him in my campsite this year.
