No need to do a plug chop. Have you done a wide open throttle plug check? That will tell you everything you need to know about your main jet. Just run the bike wide open in 4th or 5th gear and then shut the bike down. Roll to a stop and let it cool off for a minute. Pull the plugs and look at the strap. White = lean. Black = rich. Tan = just right. Adjust accordingly. Assuming you have aftermarket pipes, you should be at a 27.5 or 30 pilot.
