Now how can you speculate on someone being intoxicated or not in an accident? Looks like the speedo is stuck at 100K/PH. Not very fast. About 60 MPH. Careless driving nonetheless. I am guessing they were going faster than 100 before they hit. One would think some sort of corrective maneuver may have been tried. Either way, car is wrecked, and people are dead..... I have sseen plenty of horrid car wrecks, (and been in some) when everyone was sober.... Just irks me that some peeps think automatic intoxication when there is an accident.... Operator error.....

70 ponies is easily attainable with the right stroke and porting......... By the right person of course. The most recommended poeple that I would turn to would be Jim at Passion Racing Engines. Dan at patriot racing. Andy at grand River Racing. Stay away from Trinity. THey are too commercialized now..... And their bikes aren't rippin anymore. Figure out what kind of riding you want to do, and then contact some folks.....

It's not that the fuel is thicker with the oil in it, it is that per volume of fuel, there is more oil in the richer mixture, thus making less fuel present. if you took one gallon of 32:1 fuel:oil, and one gallon of 100:1 fuel:oil, the latter of the two would have more fuel per gallon of mix than the 32:1. Nothing to do with thickness, or "viscosity" as I think you are mentioning.......

Either way, he has possession of the goods. Possession is about 9/10's of the law. Especially in NY. If you have possession of the stolen goods, than you are just about as guilty as the person that stole them.... I have seen it happen numerous times in this state. I am thinking you are looking for a way to keep the bike...... I don't see how that will happen. You can try to bargain and maybe replace it with another bike.... I don't know..... Depends on the person it was stolen from. I would get another laywer for sure, it doesn't sound like the one you have is doing anything for you... I don't see how they are going after this "restitution" thing.... You shouldn't have to pay for repairs on anything.... Even if you did have possesion of it.... Sucks, but you're still going to be charged with something. I would get a different laywer, and go to court.... Bring the bill of sale. My brother bought some skis off of a guy. He was stelaing a bunch of them from the local resort here. No idea that they were stolen. They law took them, and charged him with possession of stolen property. Minor charge. You aren't going to go to jail. Not with a laywer with half a brain.... Your going to lose the bike(s) and probably pay some fines..... DOn't put up with paying restitution..... You don't have to........ Unless that is a bargain made to keep your stolen banshee......

I'm lost at the ???? WTF does that mean??? How do you run 100:1 at 80:1??? You either run one, or the other....... Unless you may have two cans, one mixed 100:1 and the other mixed 80:1, and you dump half a tank of one ion, and fill up the rest with the other.....
