    Just so you know, rod length does not determine stroker crank. A +4 mil crank can have different rods. Rod length does come into play when setting motor up.

    Try to go with a mattoon timing plate instead of degree key. Timing plate 45.00. Some aftermarket pipes would be beneficial for performance. Jetting WILL be necessary with these mods

    4mil stock cylinders can make plenty enough power for a play bike. You will have to have cylinders ported for extra stroke, you will need you head cut or buy cool head with domes for 4mil. If you assemble yourself, prolly looking at $1400.00 for motor with coolhead (new). A used coolhead and undamaged used domes would be fine.

    Dude, you put that bike together and never checked jetting??Does that mean you didn't clean carbs either? Jetting is one of the most important things on these two strokes along with no air leaks. Your lucky it didn't run. Imo, your still going to be too small on pilot. Good luck

    I would get oem bearings and gasket for that bike. ESR is the budget guy to go too. The counter balance bearing has to be pressed off/on. ESR also has new cases for the 250r (not oem)
