  10. PLAN, PLAN, PLAN or you will be buying stuff twice. You will find lots of nice used parts in for sale section, just keep an eye out for parts you need. Used oem ignition parts are best for your buck. A new yamaha stator is around 425.00.
  11. Bought some very nice pipes from this guy. I was furnished with plenty of good pics, had great communication. The pipes were packaged well and shipping was fast.

  14. check ground(clean) all connections(clean) ohm plug boots or replace, cut about a 1/4 inch of plug wire where wire goes in boot to expose some fresh wire. check pick-up coil gap(.019) set plugs to the same gap. clean flywheel. some things you can try

  23. I would tighten that plug gap up to about .020 with br8's. Generally run plug gap and pick up gap the same
  24. Also needs air. I would clean carbs and set floats. After bike has been sitting with petcock on for a while, remove plugs and kick it over and see if gas comes out of the plug holes. Your floats could be allowing your cylinders to flood. Also clean air filter.
