I ended up getting the douglas red labels. They got good reviews on rockmountainatv.com Are these as good as the reviews say? I got them in a 8 inch rim for mx.

Haha , it kinda does. But thats the damage from the wheel flying off while sliding around a corner. Just glad it didnt happen in 6 gear WFO

So i decided to order some new tires for mx. I have 8 inch rims already. Not sure what brand. I made a noob mistake of not checking the hub bolts when I first bought it. One tire came off the quad, and damged the holes making it a oval shape. They have a few dents as well which im not to concerned about. Mainly just the hub holes Thanks guys. Ordering these tires tommoro. Hopefully they help out on the track Tires that im ordering $50 each dunlop quadmax sport radials

How much does a 4 mill and port job cost roughly? I plan on doing something similiar during the winter. Just wanna know roughly how much I need to save. Will be a woods/mx port, with a 4 mill. Dont wanna have to call and waste their time , when it wont be for about 6 months.

The one you have savage; it works well? How exactly do you adjust this. Would be nice to have aroun here. I often go from sea level to 2000 ft elevation where my cabin is. Havent re jetted yet, runs ok at higher elevation but nowhere near as strong as at sea level.

Damn, and it still protects well? Where do you ride? Seems like water some how always gets in there. Thats why i change the oil every few rides. Just put in a new gasket; so maybe that will help? Maybe ill try this flex drive uf you dont have to change it constantly.

Well then def start with the timing plate. After that break out your wallet and call 1 of the sponsors. A grand could get you smoking those yfz's no problem. Timing plate is simple, your gonna need a flwheel puller, and thats about it. There is prob a weite up on it here. Takes 15 mins to do.

Its a timing plate, not a belt. It is very easy to install. It will really wake up the motor. After that your just gonna want more(. Like i do) you will be really happy with it tho. Boost bottle was sarcasm, mine had one, when i purchased it, and that was the firt thing to go. What riding do you?

Ya like the above said; it really depends on where and what riding you are doing. I found a banshee with a aftermarket filter, and pipes was enough power for the moment. So i went with spending all my money ( thousands) on suspension. I ride mostly trails, as well as some mx on the side. But if your doing mostly dune riding, fuck suspension and do a 4 mill with a port job. Start with the timig plate, you cant get a better mod for as cheap as you spend

I only have fmf fattys with powercore 2 silencers k&n air filter with power lid, tors removal as well. Just added the timig plate, and wow what a differance, bet mod you can get for $65 Boost bottle was sarcasm btw

How much is it for the flex drive? I have been using 10w40 motorcycle oil, but i change it every 2-4 rides. Sometimes ill find the oil is kinda greyish sonetimes; which i have been told that water has gotten in. So you guys can really use the flex drive and only have to change it once a year? Seems to good to be true lol

I hate ridig in shorts, i do it from time to time, but never feel comftorable. Same with boots; just as important as a helmet if you ask me. Mx pants are a necessity IMO

I got a bottle of this stuff for my next ride. Was running bel ray MC-1. prices are now ridiculous for the bel ray. Guy at the local shop said alot of guys are switching to this, and are loving it. It actually does smell like strawberies, havent had a chance To smell it while running. From what i have heard ipone makes a great product, and the price is right as well. Ill let you know how it is on my next ride
