  1. I ended up doing it with it jacked up.....toe in was waaaaay off. got the toe in to exactley 1/4'' . rides 100x better lol
  2. sorry for digging up a old thread, but I got some new tie rod ball joints. looking to get these on and adjust the toe in. Ive read that it is best to adjust the toe in while you are sitting on the quad. Clymer says to jack it up. So what one is it? thanks guys!!!
  3. When is the last time you cleaned your carbs? had the same problem last year, cleaned my carbs , problem solved.
  4. you need the Long travel shock if your gonna run the linkage. get it If you have the cash, over priced yes, but it works great. and looks sexy as fuck

  7. just read a cpl email quotes from local powder shops. $200-250 to do the expansion cambers. that seems fucking ridiculous. I think im just gonna paint them then. should I just sand them or get them bead blasted first? if sanding what grit would you guys recommend? Thanks boys
  8. Well ceramic is out of the question then. what about powder coat, Is that gonna hinder performance as well?
  9. got them for $100. the paddles are a little over 3/4'' long. Dunno if thats worn out or not. hope they are decent.
  10. The guy said not sure on what size they are. he said about 19" on 10" rim. I have never ridden sand before, and not sure exactly what is best for a stockish banshee. I also have a -1.5'' swingarm that I will be using. thanks guys

  14. Im guessing ceramic would hold up better than the powder? but not have as great of a finish? I found a local shop that specialized in high heat ceramic coatings. emailed them to get a quote, whats the usual price for 2 expansion chambers?
  15. hey guys been searching CL for some sand tires. would these tires be ok for my bike? basic bolt on banshee. not sure on the size , havent got a response yet. he is asking $125
  16. So If I was to get them powder coated , are they gonna look better and last longer? I wasnt sure if powder coat would hold up against the heat.

  18. That Looks great man, is that the paint or powder coat? do you have to get a hi heat powder?, sand blasted before, or just sanded? Id rather do the powder coat and do it right the first time. also is that a semi gloss or gloss powder? and did you do a clear powder as well? sorry for all the questions. I want my pipes to look exactly like that. never got them all good tho
  19. Ya I went to the states today, ended up getting "Rust-oleum" High heat 2000 F in a flat black. I saw the caliper paint as well, they had it in a gloss black which I would prefer. def gonna try that, ill take a look on the FB page, dunno where to look, could u email me them? s_lyth@hotmail.com
  20. I dont see the big deal about this. they are focussing on TV. wtf!!! its a game console. everything they showed is nothing new really, can do all that on my apple tv and mac. I dunno was really disappointed. Im a xbox guy but I think ill be getting the PS4.
  21. so how is the hi temp paint holding up? I got a used set of PC pipes that look like shit. tried asking JL to rechrome them, said its prob not doable. so what brand paint is holding up the best?
