The clutch adjustment bolt should be loose in the clutch plate cover. If it is tight you have a problem. That is not where your rattle is coming from. I would guess the rattle was there before and that everything is fine.

That is super high compression especially for a guy who probably has no clue what he is doing. If he threw regular fuel in it then it was detonating like a mother and burned a hole in a piston! He bought a used bike ran good when he bought it now it is his problem.

Use Photobucket for your pictures that is the easiest way. I would seriously consider loosing the adjustable CDI and going back to stock!! You will chase your tail with those things.

It did not stall because you need a high flow petcok. If it stalled I am guessing you have the bike jetted way to lean for the weather and it was trying to seize a piston on you. Take it apart and look it over really well then people will be able to give you a better idea of what you need to do next. Lots of people will tell you running 50:1 is cutting it close. I have ran 50:1 in all my bikes for over 5 years with no issues but that is just me.
