I do a large amount of tuning and engine building in my shop at home and would love to be able to have a dyno to tune them on but for the cost of one I can make a hell of a lot of trips down to Redline and pay Cam to run them. Would be awesome to have one but serious cash to fork out.

Header wrap from the parts house will work just fine or buy the cascade wrap either one will work. If you wrap them then it will not ruin your outerwares. If you ride trails I would not suggest going to out of frames but if you do please post pictures after your first ride lol

If it kicks harder than usual you put something together wrong inside there dude! You missed a washer or put it on the wrong side basically if it is kicking over harder than usual or it is bogging bad then something in there is dragging hard. I would not try to start it again I would pull it back apart and see what you put in wrong. -
SOLD

Dune ported with a welded crank Hinson clutch basket with heavy springs and clutch. Dual K&N Pod filters and TORS eliminator kit on it. Toomey T-5 pipes with Cascade CFX silencers so it will pass a sound check and you dont get pulled over for being too loud. Hinson Billet brake pedal, Gear Slammer shifter, billet water pump cover, billet clutch insert, billet handle bar clamp, billet throttle cover, billet brake fuild res cover front and rear, billet e-brake block off cover, billet covers on all 4 hub nuts, billet exhaust clamps, billet exhaust hangers. Bike is in super nice shape and has very very low hours on it. It needs nothing it is ready to take it out and ride it. I am putting it up for sale for a few days and if it does not sell for what I am asking I will part it out after the weekend. Super clean banshee!! $3,200 Clear title in hand

Well welcome to the addiction. Post up what all has been done to the bike and some pictures of it. Photobucket is the best way to post pictures on here.

Doubt it is a fuel problem if it started after doing that. Guessing your kill switch or your key switch has a bad connection
-
F you sprink give one dude and a handy and now I like guys what the hell??
-
Okay so if you have spark as sprink said you need to make sure you have fuel. Where is it leaking from after you left the fuel on all night? I am guessing if it is leaking fuel then the float on one carb is probably stuck a it is loaded up on fuel. Might try turning the fuel off pull both plugs out and kick the bike over a good ten times or so then put the plugs back in and try to start it and see what happens
-
First thing to do is see if you have spark at the plug then go from there! Pull a spark plug out hook the wire back up to it and lay it on the top of the head while you kick it over and see if it is firing then get back and let us know. No your carbs being out a sync a little is not going to stop it from starting
