hey guys i was out at bundy hill last weekend with some buddys and my quad was fine for the first 3 hours of riding and then all of a sudden i lost all my power. went back to the truck and changed the plugs and all was well, for about 15 mins till it did the same thing. i noticed only one cylinder was firing so i changed the bad plug and off i went. now i was starting to get pissed since it did it again in like 5 mins this time. i have never fouled plugs b4 any of this. its the left cylinder that keeps fouling. what could my problem be?That carbs keeps leaking gas also when the fuel is on and its not running. it just pours out. any help would be great guys.

Don't count out the FMF fatties, they have great mid power. Also if you upgrade the domes that's consided internal not a bolt on.

i say drive the 6 hours and burn that mofos house down. people like this deserve every once of bad things that happen to them. sorry about your loss, hope that things a beast when all is said and done!

hey man i was in the same boat as you a few weeks ago. i put FMF Fatty pipes with power core 2 silencers and K&N pod filters with outerwears. then rejet the carbs and i must say, this thing is like a whole different animal. the FMF pipes are great alot of people talk bad about them but there is no reason to, if it wasnt for FMF alot of these other companies wouldnt be around. i also spend all my money on my 99 ford lightning but i had to make the banshee alittle faster so i can take my buddy on his new YFZ 450. just have fun with it!

Ok guys well I checked the yellow and black wires comming from the stator and got nothing. Sounds like the stator went bad. Are they exspensive to replace? Id be doing the labor my self.

which wires can you cut out? i did notice that after messing with all the wires underneath when i turned the switch on it lit up dull for a sec and then went back out and now it hasnt came back on. this shits pissing me off i want my lights to work.

checked the voltage to the lights and theres nothing. checked the voltage to the taillight wire and it went to 26 and then back down and to other things like 9 volts and 7. so idk what else to do, guess its a broken wire.

Really I didn't know the 01 didn't have a break light. Thanks guys I will check the voltage tomorrow. I'm hoping to get these things working b4 I go up north for memorial weekend.

yeah someone said i should pull the gas tank off and check the wires but i really dont wanna have to do that. anyone know which wire it is for the break light?

I don't have a break light as I bought it without one.

ok guys i have an 01 shee, lights were working fine right before winter hit now they wont turn on at all. anyone got any idea what it could be. both bulbs are still fine and its not the stator because the thing runs like a beast. thanks guys of any help you can give me!

where is the best place to buy the K&N that has the adapter from the 2 carbs into one big filter eliminating the stock air box?

im about to run this same setup on my 01, i got the FMF fattys from a trade but they didnt come with silencers so i just ordered a set of power core 2's. i hope they sound good. the fattys sounded good connected to my stock silencers.
