TTIWWOP check if the bearings are out of round and do the bearings sit in their placee w/o binding witht he top off and i mean all he way down.

Heres the other problem, get rid of the TORS. while you have the carbs off it will save hours of headaches.

Hell we have got three of CL one that needed a input shaft and swinger bearings for like 700 and it needed pipes (was stock) Got another we traded for a blaster we paid next to nothing for and it was a POS needed a top end which i had and extra and one that is ported with 34pjs that needed a crank for like 750 all fixed and running perfect for less then 1k each.

Now in english To me desert racing or long trail riding is better because in drag racing it only lasts a couple of seconds and you just go straight. In desert racing you are out for a couple of hours and [you] show people that you know how to really ride, know how to use the suspension you really beat the hell out of the quad. I used to drag race and it wasn't that great, I would always be up front, there was times I was in second. In desert [racing] you are out there alone testing your skills. Does anyone know what I mean? and now my response now that I understand what was asked. No I don't race per-se (sp?) but i have gone on long fast rides throught the desert out side of the dunes at armagosa and Apex here in vegas, yes it is fun, stock suspension sucks, and one false move hurts, as far as aking what is better its just what you are into.

Yes and no you could gain HP, but the more lube the less friction, its just up to you, with that ratio if its fine leave it, the motor should last quite a while if its fine, you could drop change the ration and see if you gain more power.

what gear is it jammed in? if its fifth you could have locked up the gear on the input shaft. the dog ears on the gears jam when this happens.

they vibrate like a MOFO i try to remember to make sure EVERYTHING is tight before and after each ride.

Ive got one im almost done with i put a kawai ZX9R motor in, not i know it wont be the fastest thing out there hell the motor takes two people to lift into place, but its fun building it, and like you said its cheaper, i had the motor, wiring carbs etc... and the frame was already cut up. it does look kinda strange but its fun as hell. i got the motor so low in the frame that when you mash on it on asphault (sp?) it just goes w/o spinning or wheelieing. there are a few things id change if i do it again Ie move the motor up about 1.5" more then where its at now. yeah i know for sure that i will get spanked by light ass built banshees but i didnt spend more then the price of some cubs and a stroker crank on this entire build.I say go for it, my advise on the build is get the motor as high off the ground as you can i only have about 6" of ground clearance below the header. but i plan on eventually gettin a arms and a different swinger and deffintatly shocks.

BULLSHIT if they cant work on two strokes they how the hel can they tell its mixed or not.
