  3. Yep most awesome dude ive ever met when it come to shees. he know the answer before i ask the question.and with five shees around the house we are in there at least twice a day for a week or so. when trying to fix one. he has shelves and shelves full of used banshee stuff. hes got jugs, shocks, carbs, wiring, lights and shit EVERYWHERE!!!
  4. i paid like 400 for the motor and rolling chassie. so it was too good to pass up
  5. wiesco has a monoply becuase they are teh ONLY good piston. and thet just jacked their prices if anyone hasnt noticed

  8. its nitrogen. you can just go to the local air gas, praxxair or wherever and get a small tank and use a regulator so you can keep making changes to get it right.
  9. im putting tubes around the air box from twhere the seat used to mount to where the top partof the frame where the handlebars mount. ill get more pics tomorrow ive made more progress since these pics. and my motor is a kawasaki ZX9R and its a lot bigger then a gsxr 600 and my motor could beat an R1 while it was in a street bike ( ive seen a few race) ~150 horses and like 80 ftlbs i think.
  10. get a hot rods stroker crank, big bore kit, little keihin, and a nice port job.
  11. FMF are real good low to mid.
  12. mine was likt that too. i dont use greese i have some silver oily antisieze i put on them. it wont dry out like gress i dount you bent it either i beat the shit outa mine before i drilled them. itll pull together.
  13. thanks for the help since i had two diff carbs the guy in town didnt have on of either so i got a newish set of PJs it fired right up and runs decent but i havent had a chance to run it .
  14. i am putting together a bike with dune port (i believe) boyesen stage 3's and FMF signatures with 35MM PWK airstrikers im at ~2000 feet wha tshould the starting point be for the mains and pilots the needls say DGK and thats it. And dont say try it and plug chop for now, i need to break it in. both piolts and mains are different. for now.
  15. +1 you said its fine WFO then i bet that piolt is plugged becaust the crossover is the choke for the right cylinder it get s gas for both from the left. IF its fine witht the choke out then the bike is lean. cause you are sucking a lot of gas into it. just take the damn carbs apart check the main and piolt jets sizes and clean everything A LOT. remember 1 grain of sand can cost a motor if it is ingoned.
  16. If you cant get it from anyone ATV cycle sports here in vegas (702) 222-3586 his entire top floor is wall to wall used banshee shit. call and ask for Pike. hes the used parts guy
  17. F.A.S.T. and the prices are on the site.
  18. i hate mine for rought terrain. but at the dunes i love it. im usually WFO anyhow. and my thumb gets sore easily.
  19. yeah everything is getting stronger once i get it a together.
  20. i find it hard to tune, and had a bike favor one cylinder. (burnt up the other) and with what you hav the more air flow the better with a lot done yeah the bike i had it on had better top end too, but i couldnt get it to run worth shit less then WFO
  21. get rid of the IMO 2 into 1, just use whats left and get another carb and some boots and you will fell a night and day difference edit: didnt see the porting in the sig (hard to read) and the next thing to do for less them 500 is domes and race gas.
