check the float height. and if its good, the needle gets a little round groove on it over time. as small as it looks it can leak fuel fast. just buy new needles for both if you do. because onece you get that one fixed the other will leak too.

what is printed on the rods and crank. if its hot rods, it wil say HR something

If your speaking time, then yeah, but thats expensive. i have less into this thing the it would have cost to rebuild a stock shee motor that blew up taking a crank, jug, and head with it. i know this becuase im putting another shee together that did taht.

With a welder (and some help) you can do anything. but mine is going to be faster 01 Kawasaki ZX9R

i have three nearly idnetical bikes one with FMF one with toomey and the orhter DMC that DMC is deffinatly the fastest. and the FMF is all down low. Never had PC's but i love those DMC stock bike and iw will drain the carbs FAST

I have a stock motor, with DMC two into one pipes and a 2 into 1 carb with 35mm keihin carb with power jet in the side, and single KnN pod filter? I have 195 in it and am at 2000 feet. The top is fine but no matter what i do i can not get the low to mid range to act right. it pops and sputters at around half throttle. i need some help with this set up. SOON oh and needle on the 3rd up one and its worse and down one and its worse.
