  1. In a pinch you can switch the top to the bottom so the weekends riding isn't ruined. I have done this a couple of times when the bearing goes out on the bottom roller.
  2. It sounds like we have the same trailer. The main reason I bought my Wanderer Wagon (same as the Tahoe Transport) is because I wanted a 5th wheel. My former trailer was a bumper pull and even a 3 hour pull was stressful in any kind of wind. Now with the 5th wheel a trip to CA is no problem, just like driving without a trailer except for the increased fuel consumption! I have read where the bumper pulls are much better if you take them off road, like through deep ruts or off cambers. The 5th wheel will possibly rub on the top of the bedsides. If you are mainly pulling over the road, no comparison in handling.
  3. They work good for warming food up on a wood stove on a cold night.............
  4. Anytime while you are riding and you go off camber or wheelie, the carb overflows will dump because they think the bowl is too full. Just threw this in in case it only drips a little when you first stop riding.
  5. It probably isn't jetted correctly for your new mods. I would correct the jetting and then advance the timing.
  6. 4 oz. a gallon is 32:1
  7. I agree with DuneDemon, get as big a trailer as your truck can pull, that you can swing $$ wise. They get smaller real fast. And it isn't easy trying to fit 4 full size quads into a small toyhauler.
  8. My last trailer was a PlayMor, very solid built.
  9. I will tell my friends around here to be on the lookout. Thieves should be dealt with severely! I hope you get your stuff back.
  10. They are nice, but too much $$. I have a 33' Thor Wanderer Wagon that has worked great for me. Makes a trip to the Dunes very comfortable, even with the wife and kids!
  11. Don't sound like you'll need one for the Banshee anymore.............
  12. I've got some 26mm carbs with only a little use on them.................
  13. I also use the type F ATF in my tranny, works great. Haven't tried the tractor stuff, sounds interesting.
  14. Here is a pic if you want to do it yourself, or you can PM me and I'll do it cheap.
  15. I put them in my Banshee cylinders, they work great. I have done several other sets too. I weld up the outside of the cylinders before even putting those in anymore, otherwise some of them break through to the outside. The 250R motor has them in the stock cylinder too, they are huge.
  16. I have machined .030" off several Blaster heads and it works great. All the one's I did still run pump gas. One of the cheaper mods that make a difference on the Blaster.
  17. Nope, no one yet, and I've been lightening flywheels since 1990. The only people that say it doesn't work have never tried it.
  18. This is how I did it, works great and haven't come off in the 12 years I've had them like this.
  19. Between 4-5 more HP, should help it get off the bottom quicker also.
  20. Count me in! I will be bringing the whole family, the kids are out of school that weekend for Fall Break. We definitely need to all meet up, it will probably be busy that weekend so the duct tape flap with our HQ id is a good idea.
  21. 1st of all I would up the compression by getting your head milled or buying a aftermarket head with smaller domes. Then advance your timing and get your flywheel lightened. These mods all will make the power come on sooner. Pipes are a great bang for the buck and compliment all the above mods.
  22. I can't believe I bought a couple of those for my kids to play with, what was I thinking............
  23. I do them also.
  24. I've had mine for two years and they still look great.
  25. That's right, no rubber rings.
