  1. The skid plate should fit as long as the swingarm had the mounts on it. LS makes the swingarms with and without them. I bought one about a year ago off of Ebay and didn't even know you could get them without, had to fab and weld a set on.
  2. I don't remember, it was in the PDF version I got from here.
  3. Hopefully he learned from that, maybe a few others will also start wearing helmets too. I hope he heals up fast, so he can get back to riding, with the proper gear.
  4. Yamaha manual says .020", I set all mine to .030"
  5. It's all good.............
  6. Sounds like my "kids" won't be getting that one for Christmas!
  7. I've been using Netflix for almost a year, I am on the get 3 at a time plan. If you watch them pretty quick after you get them you will get about 3 a week. It's a pretty fair deal.
  8. With that many mods, you will probably need all the heavy springs in. Some of the heavy duty springs still won't have enough tension to keep the clutch from slipping. I use the Barnetts and haven't had any more clutch problems.
  9. Turn both the idle/choke screw all the way in (clockwise) them back them out a little at a time until you get the idle speed you want. I have clamp on filters and my pilots are 58 with 185 main jets, can't remember the needles I have in right now but I took out the CEL's
  10. Dirt Wheels staff says it isn't near as good as Offroad Fury 2, but we will see. haha since when does dirtwheels know shit about quads?? Didn't say they know anything about quads, pretty good at rating video games though!
  11. Dirt Wheels staff says it isn't near as good as Offroad Fury 2, but we will see.
  12. The choke knobs turn to adjust the idle. Twist them all the way in (clockwise), and then set them both out the same amount. I'm not sure but I think mine are around 7 turns out.
  13. I have had a few covers made by Cascade, very nice and good quality. Cascade
  14. Too funny, had me going................
  15. I also have NGK caps, bought them from Rocky Mountain ATV. I have always used NGK B8ES plugs in my Banshee. Buy the plugs at a Auto parts store and save yourself some $$$
  16. I get all my needles from Sudco, but my carbs are Keihin. They are only like $3 a piece.
  17. The x-ring is the same as an o-ring, but causes less friction. Imagine cutting a o-ring crossways, it's an O, cut an x-ring crossways and it's an X. Basically the x-ring is just an improvement over the o-ring.
  18. I've never seen those reflectors on any Banshee before. I can't believe my Banshee used to look like this:
  19. I left Sunday about 10 am, great trip! You guy's should have fetched me from Cowboy camp since you had moved to the North campground, I thought everyone was still all the way over at the South camp. The group I was camped with sat around the campfire and drank till early................., I could have just walked over to the North camp and drank a few brews with you.
  20. I know two other people that have had the same thing happen. I ordered them new gears, and made a thicker washer to take up the extra slack between the pin and the e-clip. Neither have had any other problems since.
  21. Yea, I can't wait to see the vid either. Did anyone ever take the group pic? Pretty quiet at Cowboy Camp, full but not too crowded like the South camp. I couldn't believe the line to get out the gate.
  22. Those 3 mods work great together, definitely wake the Banshee up and don't cost much either.
  23. No doubt! It would have been a lot better if I could have been camped in the same campground with the rest of you, hopefully next time. I still want to hear more about the Rangers threatening you guys with public intox, I can smell a good story in that! At least I finally got to put faces to names.................
  24. I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday), I'm loaded, fueled, beer on ice, just have to hook up and pull out after work. All I can think about is sand...................
