  9. daytona digital gauge, connected straight up to the power wire for my lights and its waterproof numbers are nice and big as well, not like my trail tech vapor. used to have to stop and put glasses on to see the little temp guage way up in the corner
  10. great project man, the rz stator did the trick ey, in Boruts email he sent to me he said that the banshee stator wasn't producing the power the rz stator would be. wonder if the banshee stator had been re-wound and upgraded it would work... good to see it finished, glad i didnt go looking for a yfz450 chassis, i would have never have finished it, i had a hard enough time with just a banshee 70hp has got to be a lot of fun, i think 4mill and port is my next step, but then again... good luck with whatever is next and i hope it is as reliable as the banshee motor is lol
  11. are you talking about the pilot jet?
  12. unfortunatly new gaskets can leak, might be a bad crank seal?

  19. unplug your kill switch wire (the black with a white stripe) just where it connects with the bullet connector under the handlebars and see if it runs. you wont be able to turn it off with this wire unplugged but if it runs and starts every time i would pull the kill switch assembly apart apart from that you can get a Yamaha manual online and check coil, cdi, etc etc
