  1. is looking for his canadian/american conversion dictionary

  2. worth every penny. like some of the others here, i thought i was tuned fairly well but when i got the gauge (from FAST) and used it, i found out exactly how far off "close" was. there are enough intake adapters that it will work on all my other toys as well. some will say "save the money", i say "consider it a cheap insurance policy"......
  3. a roundhouse swinger? is that like a spouse swapper who likes to party in an igloo? but seriously.....where can i find one these swingers? i prefer brunettes..... anyways, gotta go and adjust my chain now .....had this quad for two years and i'll finally get to ride it now that i can take the slack out of the chain

    3 day fishing trip

just got back from a three day fly in fishing trip. didn't manage to land any masters but came close. 26 inch walleye. 28 is a master. landed two 26ers, a 27, and a 27.5 but just couldn't get that 28 39 inch northern. 41 is a master
  5. you mean i've been tolerating you dicks at HQ for all this time, getting great info, and having a few good laughs (and a few heated debates) and now you tell me there is another banshee site on the web? kinda funny loco, you'll post a link to a competitor's site and don't give a shit, but they get all bent when someone mentions a non-sponsor on their site. anyways, i can't find the sticky for "tightening chains" and would really like to ride this weekend.....
  6. here's a funny link. http://watch.tsn.ca/mixed-martial-arts/clip304770#clip304770 This all started a few years ago when Laraque joked on how he'd handle GSP in a wrestling match (for the record, they're buddies and this was all in fun). Laraque is 6 ft 3 and during his playing days was billed about 250lbs. He's likely heavier (read that; out of shape) now. He was one of the toughest enforcers to lace skates and had offensive skills as well. here's a clip...Laraque was wearing the mic for this game. at about the 50 second mark you can clearly hear the lead up conversation for the fight and Laraque wishing the other guy good luck

funny thing is, Daley's trash talk didn't bother me nearly as much as Hardy's does, but Hardy proved himself to be gracious in defeat which goes miles in my book. I'll take a gracious loser over a gloating winner any day....thought Daley had a little more class than that. I was hoping to see Daley vs Hardy. those 2 should be having a go at each other on the next UK card. too bad Daley let his emotion get the best of him, maybe he should have used some of it up during the fight. but i'd be willing to bet he's still back in a few months. he's got skills, no doubt about that. On a side note, With GSP and Kos being the next TUF coaches, i wonder if they'll do a Canada vs US format?
  8. never lost one either....yet. i always prefer to use a socket when possible, i fuckin hate flat head screwdrivers......
  9. just replaced the DG's in my sig (came on the quad) for a pair of new Platinums and silencers....i also added the adjustable timing plate and advanced the timing to +4, so i can't give a truly fair power comparison between just the pipes but it definitely pulls into the power band alot faster now. i ride predominantly trails. the PC's sound awesome too.
  10. twistie on the streetbike, thumb on my sleds and quads tho.
  11. to quote a line from Slapshot....."that cunt is no good" lol A man should not beat a woman. But If a person isn't supposed to just go around abusing others, why should she get away with it? IF she is a visitor in HIS country, she should show a little respect. Just because tourists, male or female, show up with a pocket full of money to spend, it doesn't give them the right to act like a fuckin douchebag. Notice that none of the dudes that were with her really did anything. They were probably smart enough to realize that anything they might have done in retaliation would be answered tenfold by a larger group of locals later. Lick your wounds and live to see another day. When you are a guest in another country, you'd better understand how they operate and follow their rule of law.

    Canadian Easter, eh ?

oh hell, there's still 12 weeks of playoffs to go once regular season is over....
  13. mine worked great right from the start. spliced into the light circuit before the switch so it'll work without them having to be on. i was really most concerned with temperature but the tach and speedo are nice (as long as they keep working). also, for free riding and trail riding, the odometer is nice. i've got my fuel range dialed in to within a few kilometers (depending on how hard i am riding). but yeah, lots of guys have had nothing but problems with them too...
  14. Manitoba....too far east to be in the west, too far west to be in the east
  15. FYI - for your information imperial/metric.....difference; a ton is 205 pounds lighter than a tonne....... sorry, I had to, I couldn't help it, i'm Canadian
