  1. Cometic or oem, clean mating surfaces with red scotch rite pad then ascetone with white terry cloth till all oil residue is gone. Spray head gasket with copper spray and install . Torque as stated
  2. And new rings should always be installed with a home so rings can seat. I also like to put a crosshatch in the piston with some Emory to hold oil
  3. Imo you should have the clearanced checked by a good machine or honing shop. Once he checks cylinder for trueness of bore and piston to cylinder clearance you can make your choice . If you don't have access to anything start with a fresh bore n new Pistons . It pays to get your crank trued n welded also
  4. Great idea, are you making these. My biggest problem is being able to get far enough back is there any way to make to bends further back if needed. Ty

  6. That's a new bore job?
  7. Start the bike with rad cap off, if it sparays out you got a compromised head gasket or oring . More than likely it's an air leak of some sort. If someone has a pressure test kit it couldn't hurt
  8. Get a vacuum guage and set idle to 5 cfm
  9. N68a is a leaner needle length wise and has the same taper as a jjh but usually a ported modded bike likes the jjh
  10. Any auto part store should have the coolant tester, ask for adapter for late model Honda . My snap on kit has about 4 diffrent adapters
  11. I build quite a few wheelie bikes and even have a little port design for wheelies . If your looking to stay pump fuel your gonna need like 24cc domes . I like the dmc pipes or pro circuits . If your not worried about hp output the stock exhaust is great for killing the streets at night . Stealth is the name of the game
  12. I've see an increasing number of shit heard gaskets. How was you cleaning process before you installed new gasket and did you use any kind of copper spray or sealant
  13. I use grease on all nylocks . When I didn't I have had to cut shit apart
  14. I'm sorry I misunderstood what u were asking I thought it didn't clear the case n water pump assembly
  15. Fast racing has them

  17. I think that's a terrible idea, why not get it running then tear it down

  22. Coming from a different point of view I can always tell a bike that's had 40-1&50-1 ratios run through them . IMO get your power somewhere else and give em oil
  23. Either it's wrong or was built on a Friday afternoon
  24. Soak it, heat it , back it out, if all else fails drill it very carefully in steps. There's also a place in Merrick Colvin auto that will remove for like $10
  25. Pressure test it to be sure you don't have a bad crank seal or something
