  1. You do realize most everyone refurbishes there old shit . Finding new old stock is far n few between . I live in ny and unfortunately everything needs to be shipped across the country for descent chrome/polish work
  2. It's not a jet ski no need for pop off pressure in these carbs , unless ur using jet ski carbs
  3. Buster I forgot your mods list em
  4. If it feels good leave it alone with those mods prob closer to a 240 main but stringing it out for a mile it needs extra fuel
  5. I usually clean all the pto gear assembly in hot soapy water , grease the seal side of gear , install gear n keyway then fill that whole are with three bond . I wonder why the shee engines never adopted the oring that the rd engines use , yamaha actually makes a plug/oring that fits perfect
  6. Behind basket and behind inner hub, proper amnt of plates/fibers
  7. I must say I'm very proud of everyone also
  8. I'm waiting for the this thing runs mint post
  9. My wife would never stop me from getting some head work done
  10. The rings don't hit the intake windows
  11. I suggest you get a book and red more on the subject . That the best advice I could give you . Do you know anything about how port durations work with each other, volume, velocity, blowdown , durations. Invest in tools look up cc specialty tools it's what 95% of tuners use including myself . If you hit the top of the transfers with a straight tool and change the angles into the combustion chamber you might be running a dud. The only good thing I see here is you didn't take out much from what I can tell In the pics . And you should try n keep everything uniform , square on the intakes
  12. I personally like using my dewalt on hammer mode to smooth out transitions in the tunnels
  13. Your squish band will be off kilter with those
  14. Pressure test is a must in your case look it up on this site and there's a shit load of info
  15. Did you call n say big bore domes , then u got what you asked for, 98% of people consider big bore 66-68 and utilize long rods and go with a 573 series piston with 11*
  16. Also from my experience most off the shelf 13 deg banshee domes are relief cut a lil over 66 mm so you don't need your domes cut every bore job that doesn't mean don't measure it . Where did you get the domes
  17. You better verify angle on those domes from pic they look like 11deg bolster piston profile and you stated you have 13 deg pistons . Is there writing on side of dome
  18. You can pressure test the coolant side from the rad cap with the rite tools. All good points to check as stated above. At least your determined, find that leak you'll feel much better
  19. So how does it run? Is there an issue? What do you mean by dropped the windows all the way down ? What tools did you use? Did you do a pressure test? Wtf is a med boost port?
  20. If your using blaster Pistons that seems to be how they come for thy configuration. What kind of Pistons are you using? You need to make sure the angles and step match whatever your setup is
  21. I've bee building these things for quite some time. Done many flip bikes for people. This motor is unknown conditions for you a full teardown is warranted. You could put a top end in it and have it erased real quick for reasons unknown to you. For about $300 you can have someone do a thorough teardown and inspection but don't be suprised if you don't like what's being told to you. Lately I feel like it's gett worse with half ass builds and wanna be mechanics. Proceed with caution $500-800 is what I wo spend if he doesn't like it walk away
  22. Better learn how to read plugs I've seen that exAct set up run 68 pilots 162 mains on 34 pj so be careful
  23. Lol, how about a lil clue on your set up
