  1. It's not your jetting, that jetting is pretty fucking spot on . You have other issues. Ask them to perform a leakdown test on it . If it did have an air leak you could have squeeked it . It's either electronic or airleak. I don't wanna tell them how to do there job but a leakdown should be performed before they take anything apart. I would say there chasing an issue on the side they changed carb on. Just a thought. On a side note there's 4 dealers in my area that bring me all there two stroke stuff , there mechanics no nothing more than uncrating brand new machines and assembling them and that's a stretch most of the time
  2. What did you have fixed, I'm gonna bet you brought it In with an air leak, they fixed a bunch of shit that helped but you took it back with the airleak still there
  3. Hot rods sell the seal and new collar for like $20 . This way you know the collar is not the issue

  5. Mike seen first hand what a loose cap can cause, he watched a brand new 4 mill motor eat itself from a carb top problem

  7. Ivd ran them in multiple motors , only issue I ever had was the water pump washer after the e-clip needs to be swapped to a smaller diameter washer or it grinds away . They were liberty gears , they are close to the case but never had issues
  8. Mike , this is exactly why I switched to drag/streets . There's just nowhere to go and I'm too old to be running, I have to much to lose. I do miss making the cops look stupid when they can't catch me tho but my son is 11 now and I can't have him thinking its ok
  9. 290 winter, 280 summer , 30 pilot for sure , I've had some bikes like the needle all the way rich others I needed aftermarket toomey needles to lean the transition

  12. Chuck, you might need to drill out the carb body in the pilot circuit, I've done it plenty of times on Alky bikes. The tiny lil hole that faces the intake doesn't flow enouph fuel at idle

  14. I'll bet you anything every one of those "guy friends " given the chance would smash . Unless you're gay it's hard wired in every guy . Only as faithful as there options. Now once your married and made that choice it's your job as a good husband to limit those options

  18. Has the motor ever had a bore job? Stock basket/clutch?,stock reeds? Water pump? Bite size?

  21. I was gonna say , my engagement ring was 10g maybe she was mad you were trying to give her a pebble instead of a rock. Either way cut ties and just observe her movements in the upcoming wks if she starts popping up here n there with someone else she was prob fucking them the whole time

  23. As stated , clean everything with ascetone, thin layer of three bond or yams bond. Make sure you let everything dry 24 hrs in 65* weather a lil more if it's cold. You'll be fine. Do I do it all the time no . In a pinch I absolutely have with no issues
