  2. I've used 300 ex shocks before with no issues
  3. Take shocks out lower jack to where u want and take measurement

Test from each wire to ground on stator , should get o/L if you get resistance its bleeding , I was gonna say light switch but if your testing at the leads off stator that eliminates that and doesn't leave anything else but stator, if the bike runs fine I would assume the flywheel magnets are good but wouldn't hurt to check if you had a buddy with a known good one
  5. I've built some extremely well running and well rounded 2-1 banshees. Nobody like the trinity set up but I made it work fine. Engines were also ported for torque

  11. What about parking brake wires, I'm just saying , if it's doing it just sitting there with no load it could be , most deletes are never done properly and cause similar issues, considering your chasing your tail jetting /tuning take a look
  12. Check the parking brake wires and don't takes any wiring for granted physicall pull harness tape of and see how tors and parking brake switch were deleted , I've seen it 1000 times
  13. I love that bike, always a favorite. We all have to run guards that's just a stellar example of a well thought out piece. I usually see erecter sets held together with zip ties

  21. I build these motors quite frequently, with those domes your in race gas country and I usu see more static compression even with drag porting. I run similar domes on alky. Leakdown is a must. If your seeing those low static numbers and jets were a 340 I'm gonna go on a limb and say it's pr ported . Worth checking
  22. Jetting is rich if not ported but with unknown new to you engine you need to do some checking. You said you checked compression, you need to perform a leakdown test it could be an airleak on that side. Now I fell your compression is low for those mods
  23. That's not entirely true, if I was using a different platform for something I wou research the shit out of it
  24. Also make sure carb bowl are on rite carbs, they are carb specific. , you need 280 main jet, 30 pilot, needle 4th clip to start . Buy a carb sync tool from fast racing and adjust idle to pull 4-5cfm in each carb. Do a compression test and a pressure test to make sure engine is mechanically sound
