  3. Wow , yeh that's no good, take all bolts out , grease it up, wiggle, spin, push thy bitch on , then springs, then bolts
  4. I use three bond 1211 on all surfaces including threads . Ascetone all mating surfaces till clean as hell then apply thin layer on every mating surface. Let dry 24hrs and your good
  5. Robinson industries, only place I know of. Bill is a great guy and about 20min from me
  6. So he uses knobbies on asphault , it's been my experience anything that is tuned rite and making good power will roast knobbies all the way down the street
  7. My advise is borrow some ohtsu from rob and try them. I have a feeling your gonna overpower any tire so before spending cash see if u can borrow tires to try
  8. I always liked 30 pilots with that set up
  9. Let's not go blowing this outta proportion, imo Claude seems like an extreme guy who pays attention to minor things that make a diffrence. Snipers will run well on anything but they do like certain blow downs , port shapes etc to maximize performance. I'll be happy to take the snipers from you
  10. IMO that layout is not optimal for snipers . I've done extensive testing on diffrent motors. Might see better results outta shearers or CPI and keep in mind snipers are my favorite inframes . I also don't have any experience with these particular cylinders but I urge you to dyno it
  11. A lean setting will give that feel but you have a very common set up and jets you have are damn close
  12. Should be 1/4 on both , change as a pair with same line
  13. Outside the box is good that's what drives innovation
  14. Yeh, biggest problem I see is getting it to mesh rite and not look stupid up front by the tank but most asphault set ups run seat pans anyway
  15. I wish u were closer I would love to do this for you . It looks fun as hell. You know I'm doing this to an asphault bike now looks sick . Time to take a frame out
  16. Can't cover that color up , it def makes the bike, cool bike bro
  17. I need a basket for a 89 lt250r , fibers n steels. I'm fine with used parts my customer got in way over his head with this thing so I'm fixing what's broke n dumping it
  18. I'm dying to port a set of these bitches
  19. That's high jetting isn't thag off , well you covered everything mechanically , see if you can try s diffrent flywheel and try swapping carbs to rule out fuel
  20. 300 main sounds lean for a Duncan motor.
  21. #1 pressure test on brand new motor #2 another compression test listing both cylinders A few things that pop rite out at it me is ported on 300 mains and 16cc domes. Are you running race fuel? What does the plugs look like? Who ported the cylinders? Have you tried swapping carbs? I have a cpl theories but would like above test results. I've had a bad flywheel cause similar shit once
