  1. So you were running a hotter plug and more timing,that will cause some heat and a lean cond,It also looks like a lot of dirt,those pistons bring the exhaust in early.Basically it was a time bomb
  2. Wow,hang that one up in the garage,had to be a lemon,this all happened at one time,or you just took it apart?You would think maybe you could clean it up send it back and see what they say

  5. No you dont have to run after market head but ,you have to get it milled to bring the compression back up after porting,I recommend spacer up top and port for the 4mil,no base plate

Like I said earlier your cylinders if check out ok can only be bored one more time for a 4mil set up because there is no inbetween sizes on 795 series pistons,so if the new stroker pistons fit existing bore and you port them you only have one left.After your last bore then you can resleeve to whatever you want stock,66mm,68mm,but its expensive resleeving.You can get stroker domes for that head no prob.You might be better off picking up some cylinders

Your better off going with the 4mil if your current porting is not too crazy on the port heights,the next prob is 795 series pistons only come in .020 increments,if your cylinders are out of spec for new pistons then you will be on the last bore,alot to think about especially when shit snowballs
  10. If im not mistaken thats called an air jet,it gives you more adjustability with your pilot circiut if your not happy with the 2.5 increments stock pilots offer

You can do a tranny mod with no lock-up if you want,thats what im doing,1-5 is off the shelf stuff.I just got 1-4,5th-6th clutch,bearing mod on drum,new forks.Do you need a lock-up, how much Hp are you looking to toss at it.B4 you spend money on covers and lockouts therte is stuff inside motor that will benifit you more,straight cuts,overide,shift shaft mod,star.I have sick Hp to wheels, in a pm ill tellyou how much to many people wanna race.I use a F.A.S.T clutch on asphault with no probs

Just dont jump into it if she dont ride,my wife can ride quads/bike whatever now she has two kids,two machines and I cant sell them because there hers even though they sit.Over the past 5yrs I could have traded them for some sick shit but no dice,keep it in mind,more than likely she rides to impress you or get a compliment,tell her shes gorgeous ,give her some and dont waste your money

Shift forks do go in diffrent there is two diffrent sizes,2-small ones 2GU on them,one small goes on pin toward crank,the other small goes on clutch side back pin,big one on back pin sprocket size,sorry if its hard to follow.You can still seal your case and get a new retainer clip later its worth it
  14. 32mm socket,impact or breaker bar,if you have a strap wrench use it to hold inner hub

Money def goes quick and what your buddy has to realize is that the stock cylinder is maxed out and a cub is just stock,You will see my bike at atco in a couple weeks,stock cylinder bike that def runs with cubs but im supposed to run you so I cant tell you everything,bring your buddy down he can see.I was originally going for a sleeper(out the window)and it would have worked but I lost interest in tricking my friends
  16. When it gets worm will it rev to 1/2-3/4 then bang out it prob coil or caps,had similar situation last month on a cub
  17. You can get those 2-1 set-ups to run up top,need a really big carb.I used a 42mm jet ski carb it has alot of adjustment compared to a pwk and it ripped up top

  20. Its hard to say ,you should call kevin and see he would know best.I also know that my builder will swap domes for shipping he might do the same and you can try diffrent senarios.Diffrent porting styles produce diffrent compression #s
  21. I like the ohtsu tire,its a factory tire that hooks up well in the dirt and is alot lighter than those holeshots or razors.I feel those tires make the bike sluggish and rough.Go on farmandsandtoys.com check them out,not cheap but once you use them youll see,it woke my bike less rotating mass

You will notice a big diffrence with more compression.Compression is power but race gas is expensive,VP just went down buy me its only$73 for 5gallons.It does smell good too.Im a bad influence tho I beleive nothing but race gas should go through a banshee.Def go with the t-5s,just finished my cousins bike with same set-up,stock head milled on a dune port 168lbs in each side,+4timing,t-5s,stock gearing disgracing FI 700r all night on the street,fun as hell to ride,50/50race/pump93

An 80 hp motor ,kiss stock gearing away for the street,especially if your running!I live in Long island there are no woods or trails to ride,we ride street and drag on the street,im saying 16-41 or 17-41 your not always going to be in it to win it and you want to cruise with decent mph at lower rpm.when its time to run my bike pulls the gear no prob
