  1. As sais above,clean the carbs better ,the pilot circuits in stock carbs are tiny you might need to take all the jets out clean everything w/small wire
  2. What jets do you have in your bike right now,pilots mains,do you have an air box w/lid
  3. Did you swap your bike to a dc conversion ,or just a rechargable one,and plug it in between runs
  4. I have my shift drum next to a stocker,its pretty heavily modded

  6. I had a bad fly wheel throw me for a loop once,looked good sounded good shaking it,but backfired because it was firing eratic,
  7. If you have a 90deg tool you can port it yourself,im in long island and will help if you need it.I can drop the ports and ckeck clearances if need be,I have done plenty of strokers.If you want to mix 50/50 you should order 21cc domes cut,tell them 66mm bore,I run 20cc and my comp is 170+
  8. If you clean it use some acetone,or acid from welding supply,it really cleans well,if you split them and you want it welded hit me up,but without pics its hard to tell if the weld will compromise case sealing up rite

  11. I have seen many like that,as long as the fingers that the plates ride on is not grooved restricting plate movement should be good,more times than not if it looks questionable it is
  12. Your pilot ciciut is clogged.you sometimes need to use some small wire,welding wire or pins,take jet out and stick shit through there,when you blow through the pilot hole you should feel the air coming out of two pinholes in the carb throat
  13. I have a stator here with the plastic shit that covers the windings is cracking,is that cool or a no go never seen that shit crack like that,It was caked with dirt ,I cleaned it and found cracks in the coating
  14. Unfortunatly for you times are tuff,I just picked up one similar to yours with a coolhead,billet,swinger for $500w/papers.Ill give you 500 if you get desperate,not many people are buying anything

I ported my friends yz and what a diffrence,he races against the 4 pokes too,little compression,reeds.If you put holes in the box make sure you have a good filter,as it is with a closed box I clean his every week and its gross,The bike reacts well to a minor port job,If the cylinder is off might want to consider it.I have a crf250 4poke at my house rite now,my boys 125 eats it up

I personally like the neutral down option,no more slipping into N while dragging,another reason why I got it is launching on pavement is nasty with these tires,I found my self compromising launch force so I would have my shit together to pull the clutch and shift 2nd,no more of that shit,plus with no bar on my bike will stand up through 5 gears,problem is shifting under load,now I can shift keeping foward momentum

  21. Did the plugs fix it or not,plugs do go bad,if not adjust your air screw,temps are changing
  22. Kool is there anyway to get the rules for a stock,stroke,cc restrictions,wheelie bar,pipes exc.This will be my first time at an event and want to be prepared,Is there any place to stay close to there that is safe to keep bikes
  23. Thats how most honda set-ups are and honda has great engineers,I have also installed two of those axles and both bikes still roll lol
