  1. Robinson makes a 1-6 billet overide for high hp bikes, supposedly its dunable
  2. He seems like a smart guy,he probably used standard thread and you can pick them up from most speed shops. My drag arm heims cost me 4 bucks each
  3. Your bike will feel like it doubled hp with the tranny ,good luck
  4. If you can get me picks of the pilots I should have extra if I have the same type mikunis have three types
  5. If you are not an excellent fabricator and welder it wouldnt be safe to stick that much power/torque in a stock cut-up chassis
  6. They dont make a 28 pilot the stamp is prob a messed up 25,stock carbs take 25,27.5,30,32.5 at 2.5 increments.Do a compression test and a pressure test to make sure its mechanically sound before you chase your tail from an underlying problem. If all that checks out check plug caps, coil, exhaust packing
  7. What tranny set-up do you run,1-4 pull I ran 15-39 but im set up for asphault with my straight cuts.I also ran a wheelie bar, screwed tires, lockout w/stiff tune
  8. Im not sure if I tried to help you earlier but size in it now is critical, what happens if you hold it 1/4 or more throttle will it run.I would try 340 mains to be safe and 30 pilots. Those pilots are not easy to come by either. You would need to call SUDCO,they also sell jet kits for diffrent applications
  9. You can def dune/trail with a plus 4 swinger and the rite shock set-up,having to rebore after port work is always decided after checking clearances. If your piston/cylinder clearance is off piston rings(new)can restore compression but will not last long and could cause more damage than its worth. There is nothing like a tight hole.Whoever does the port work will be able to steer you rite
  10. They eliminate using the clutch between gears. In my experiance once you get used to it there is no going back
  11. If you can find out durations on exhaust/transfer it would help better.I have ran all the way up to 380/390 on dune port motors 30 pilots.See what you can find out
  12. Are they pwks, okos, need some info so we can help
  13. You need to try 45 or lower pilot if there A/S I would also start off at 170 main and work from there sync tool is a must
  14. I have actually seen a woodruff key leak on a pressure test,I go silly with 1211 everywhere, the stuff is amazing
  15. Whats in it now
  16. I got no choice im at a geographic handi cap where I live,no riding areas. So either drive 4hrs or chance getting cought by cops ,I take my chances sometimes
  17. Definitally spin the pressure plate
  18. It needs nicasil but for the money you cant go wrong,I welded the clutch cover last night and packed everything away for shipping too jeff ,thanks again
  19. If your idle screws do nothing good chance your rich on the pilots, again ,what jets are in there for what set up do you need help
  20. Thats a good deal for someone,bump
  21. Thanks 2 pabanshee matt,motor was a hell of a deal.Thanks for meeting me
  22. My buddy runs a power jet on gas pwks, drag chassis 421 drag ported cub.I have never seen him change a jet at the track he just fucked with the power jet,His jetiing is close 2 begin with though
  23. Open or closed box
  24. I bought the whole set up off jeff at fast ,39 pwk +7 timing race gas unported cub he told me 2 start at 185s,55.After break in with full 1/4 mile chop I ended up at 180 but 1/4 is a long hall. You can run it a lil leaner on short distances,Every bike is diffrent I just know glamis is sea level or close and so am I
  25. I had inframe shearers and now have oofs, love em,more torque
