What happened to make it do this, its kinda hard to understand with no background or history of an event that led up to this,I think timing but we need info
I live close if you have more problems but i have seen similar problems not only with 4mils.Did you have your crank trued and welded,if so the weld needs to be grinded down and the bearing need to come off to do so.The tig shmeg has got me all f-ed up once before
Same thing happened to me from this guy from NC,I was told they were35mm PWKs but I measured the ID of the carb throat and they were two diffrent carbs, needless to say I got screwed so watch out.He told me I was switching carbs out,for what I dont know!!!
Is it a pj carb or a pwk im pretty sure 34mm are pj.I would start at 52 pilot 175 main. Its prob way rich but you dont want to grenade it.Ride the bike feel it out ,if its sluggish start dropping slowly
Are you stock port, whats your elevation.I just plug chopped a bike at sea level same set up.I ended up with 190 main jet 25 pilot 1-turn out.Perfect plug chop.Every bike is diffrent but you should do a chop
My stock cyl 4mil is .050,421 cub is .048,both on race gas though.I just put a stock stroke ported motor together with 21cc domes,Pump gas motor 145psi static comp .052 squish.I woulnt build a motor around squish, thats a non issue easily cured
If you look at the top case and compare it to a stock case.If the hole is bigger than stock it could have been an alky motor, you drill the hole bigger to lubricate the bearing better
When I had an air box I ditched the overflow, cut the plastics tastefully and moved the box back. You need to make a few brackets and drill into the side of the air box for bolts.I have done countless bikes like this so if you like your box keep it
