Def up that pilot, chuck the tors, check your coil, did you adjust the bottom of the ports for the crank?Ohm out your plug caps to rule out ignition, pressure test it to rule out air leak, with the lid on I cant see you in the 3s at all
Sounds like electrical problem, plug caps, coil, something frayed in harness with bad connection,I cant imagine stock carbs giving you that much trouble, too me there set it and forget it,is there shit in the gas tank
When you try everything and it all checks out with the ohm meter try swapping the fly wheel,I have seen alot of shit go wrong but twice in ten years I had flywheel throw me 4 a loop for days, checking and rechecking, shake it if it sounds like loose rocks,or pick-up isnt rite, magnets come loose.Give it a whirl
I know they make one for a 40 over blaster piston but I think its a 398,In my opinion the durations of the port are to large for the added stroke, last time I degreed one it was on the high end.You would also need to cut the domes if the piston comes through the deck
You will prob end up around 340 main,30 pilot, aftermarket needles(i have gotten stock ones tuned out but also have had problems)Start at 360s work down, you might need smaller domes but 19s might put you in race gas territory depending on how your transf/exh are cut, you need to do a compression test when assembled to be sure ,I run 32:1 even on my drag bikes just my opinion tho
I wasnt talking about tedders I was talking about yours on gas ,didnt mean to offend you but i saw your slip posted here I didnt know you were not posting them up anymore.
Jeff has helped me jet numerous raptors, his jet kits and set up have been spot on,gytr needle makes a huge diffrence too,i can look in my notes if you cant get a hold of him but he is definitally good with raptors
Stock port cub 20cc domes 185 kicking sea level 68mm bore,I have also had custom cut domes that gave weird readings did you purchase everything as a package or pick the domes up seperate or special.Did you check the squish
