  1. Kevin at Cascade is still doing seat covers as well.
  2. as far as weight a little, but rotating mass is everything in the drag world. not really noticable in a dunner. But all my dunners run triple buff superlights and I haven't had any problems puncturing them. The new carcusses are a little thicker then the old ultra lights from years ago. Skat trak might not the weight difference between the two.
  3. thats a odd RO. I'm pretty sure they dont make a 8x6 rim. id sell them and go with a different set up if you are looking for a bigger RO. Typically a 22-11-8 tire will be around 72 ish RO. That will change a little with a 8x7 or 8x8 wheel. Some of the newer superlights are around 73-74 RO. Just my opinon. Good luck.
  4. Yup, just went to FLorence for the first time in a few years and most of the tree shots were blocked. They actually got smart this time and pilled brush and logs infront of all the tree shots. Coos bay shut down more last summer at Boxcar with fences. Seen the cops hiding out at some of the more popular tree shots that were just recently closed. The treeshots are in my opinion what make the oregon dunes some of the funest sand dunes around. sucks... time to take up bowling... ya right.. but still sucks
  5. I agree, its hit and miss. Each officer has different views. I know of a guy who helped a sheriff get his rzr unstuck during Raptor Rally. The sheriff then pulled him over right after and gave him a sound limit ticket. that didn't go over well. I have been fortunate enough to only get one ticket in the 30 years I have been going to the dunes. I usually just try to avoid them like the plague... lol
  6. depends on set up and rider weight, may have to go up a tooth or two on the rear sprocket but maybe not. Ive seen plenty of people do it before. Id test them out and see for your self.
  7. I ride my own stuff. I will never be competitve in CC classes but have a good time in the bracket and index classes. Possibly the dough boy class this year at Bako depending on the CC break down. I have zero interest in dumping a ton of cash into a bike that I never ride to watch somebody else enjoy it. But some do and that ok too as long as there happy.
  8. I think it depends on set up, rider weight and type of riding or racing.. I run half stock and half toomey springs in one of my cubs, with no added weight on the lock out. If you doing the track you can play with base pressure to achieve the best 60 ft, MPH and ET. Just my 02 cents
  9. Does anyone know if the rear brake lever, shift lever or swing arm pivot bolt are the same on a Raptor as a Banshee?
  10. Does anyone know the weight difference from a rear OEM Brake set up to a rear Brembo set up?
  11. exactly. Spending all day answering tech questions and helping over the phone, only for them to buy elsewhere to save a buck
  12. Direct Drive makes them. Leave a voicemail and Lisa will get back to you. good people.
  13. ive done cases several time on my builds.. turned out awesome! as for the cyclinders I have heard you will have heat issues but thats just a rumor. might want to check with a builder.
