You dont need a stage ,it will be cheaper to order jets from Fast racing,call him tell him what you wanna doo he will recommend jets and supply them.His number is in my sig

280-290 main,toomey needles 4th clip from blunt end ,leave stock pilots in and see how responce is one turn out on the screw

I just finished putting together a 4milplayport for a two people.Fast racing play/duneport stays with my friends stock port cub out of the hole through 3rd gear,35mm carbs,shearers,155psi on pump gas.Fun bikes to ride

Maybe you have reached your porting limits,your bike will spin only so much rpm no matter what carb it has.In my opinion the only way to jet for the 1/4 is make passes and check your plugs.If your chop is good your good.What are you trying to acheive?bigger carbs might not be best for your set up,ditch the air box,more air more power

280-290 main ,27.5,pilots needle in the middle to start,1 1/2 turns out on the screw

You can do a quicky with a caliper ,digital is easier.If im not mistaken top of cylinder to bottom of exhaust is 54mm for standard stroke,4mil is 56 and so on.Piston will sometimes have sizes on them like 513(standard),795(stroker)followed by bore size like 64.50(.020 over).Thats the easiest way to tell unless you have some machinist tools
