you can get a crank for like 400 then you should have it rwelded. plus look at changing the PTO side bearing to a maxload another 45 you can get a used head or even a new head for less then that. look at the Chariot heads, they are nice and only like 150 i think. pistons you can get for like 120. I am more of a fan of PWK's over Mikuni's pancake you can gt for like 45

are you sure its a spacer plate and not the base of the cool head? Snap a pict of this thing. If it is infact a spacer plate i can for see you shelling alot of money to get this thing back to how its supposed to be.

if the dude would do a little QQ his product would own the market, but when you spend 600-700 bucks on some pipes, you shouldnt have to get them rechromed, or have to shim the pipes to not hit the head, they should come 100% ready to bolt up. I run the Dyna, unless you already have most other mods then dont bother with it, you will get more performance from other mods. I could tell a differance when I got mine but there are more mods that will deliver you more power then the cdi. Plus unless you have access to a dyno to reprogram it the curves arnt all that narley, better then stock yes, but nothing insane by any means

I do the sam,e thing only I do not change my ratio. I run 3 heat cycles of 20 mins each letting it cool 100% before the next cycle. then first ride run about 1 tank running up and down thorugh the gears but not pegging it out. then the next tank ride it like I stole it. The whole time running the same ratio that I always do
