yes loosen it to have 1/2 in to 1in play while your sitting on the bike.

it can cause the chain and sprokets to wear faster. if its SUPER tight it can cause issues with other parts but it has to be really bound up to do that in most cases

no he is full of crap. He just isnt doing something right. I have my TORS long gone and mine plugged right up. There are extra wires that are not used and he is probly assuming you need to hook them up.

its not long enough to put it on your bars. i have mine mounted under my seat at the rear.

they are good cdi's, they really shine if you have access to a dyno to reprogram it

I suggest that you do alot of reading old posts on here before you dive into buying anything and learn abot what is what. Thn when you think you know what you want start asking questions and make sure ou got all your bases covered.

are you sure its 105? i remember reading somewhere that it is lower then regular pump gas. I couldnt tell you for sure because i havent looked into it. Just remember someone saying that a while back

it acts like another seal, jeff should be able to get it for you. If you can get ahold of hotrods you might be able to order a replacement

i have had pretty good luck with dot 4 not eating my PC. I am usually good about getting some simple green or somethig to wash it off but not always.

i dont see why it wouldnt work, most other motor iv ever worked on beside quads and dirt bikes use bolts instead of studs.

it is showing double becasue the banshee ignition fires both plugs at the same time. it does not fire back and forth. so for one cylinder it will fire at TDC and BDC, this is in turn giving you double the rpm for that cylinder

it might be tranny oil from a crank seal leak. When coolant mixes with oil it normally turns milky
