  1. you know that there is a WTB section right?
  2. they can come apart with any setup. I have heard of guys with pretty much stock motors that seperate, and then heard of guy with some bitchin setups and they have zero problems. its just luck of the draw. id rather spend the money and know for sure its not going to happen and fuk up my motor and a 400 dollar crank. just cheap insurance
  3. thats exactly what i was thinking
  4. thats correct, the factory weld is a very small weld, and its been known to come apart. It's a good idea to have it redone
  5. if you can afford to spend the money get the cubs, its just not the same thing when you drag port stockers. yea it will be a fun ride but its just not the same.
  6. aww ghetto way of lowering the bike without it always being like that. never heard of guys doing that before
  7. i dune my haulers all day.
  8. actualy i have found a few Ford escorts and Probes but i got to them too late. I had a probe bck a few years ago i got for 300 bucks, that car was champ!!! i just need something thing beats around town, nothing to make trip in
  9. any where there is a surface of metal or hard plastic that meet put a gasket
  10. the two do not really complement each other, you "could" ru it but your not getting the max power delivery from the motor. a set of T-5's or Trinity pips would be a better combo then the CPI
  11. there u go man, grab his. thats the whole setup that you need
  12. I'm impressed! that takes a good force to tweak it that much! Hope your buddy heals up fast
  13. IMO you should get the billet basket even if you only need the bushing/gear
  14. I mean what did you toss together to drag the sand? you sid your goiing to be grading it right?
  15. octane boosters are a waste, just buy you a few gallons of race gas or av gass and mix it.
  16. what do you mean by strapping the front? do you mean strutting?
  17. no thats not part of the basket, i want to say its part of the gear but that it can be replaced. i am pretty sure i have seen them before, i have been looking but i cant seem to find the site i saw it on a few days ago.
  18. hey stevo what did you put together to drag?
  19. looking to see if anyone in Socal has a cheap beater for sale? i need to get something that doesnt eat my money away liek my truck. i spent 125 bucks last night to fill up. so I want to use that 1500 bucks im getting back in a few weeks to buy a little gas saver, nothing special just has to run well and not break down, and not be a total POS.
  20. http://www.wma-convert.com/
  21. are you talking about the thing in the center? If so that thing is part of the whole gear assembly i think, but I am prety sure i remember seeing a replacement with the small gear on a site but i cant remember which site it wa off the top of my head right now
  22. there are NO aftermarket clutches that i am aware of that run the oring. and its not to shift smoother. it has nothing to do with shifting. it just keeps the plates from viberating off the basket and each other by making a nice cusion
  23. just order a magnetic one for a banshee and it will be the correct pitch and length
  24. I'm not sure if the stocker can be pressed or not. never dealt with the stock basket, i changed mine to a hinson setup right after i got the bike
