Im new to banshee, how do u rebuilt a kickstart? get new gears, and spring? Its sounds like a gear is rubbing

I pulled the clutch lever, and it doesn't change the sound, when i push down the kick start by hand slowly, it does change the sound, making it less noise..

I just rebuild the bottom and top end, I'm getting ratteling noise from the kick start side. It dosen't get any louder when engine is reved. I tried to kick it over when its running, once the kicker is lowered to the foot peg is stops the noise.

I measured my rods end to end and its 140mm, A friend is selling his crank with hot rods, with 148mm rods Can that be used in my engine, what mods do i need to do?

How long are stock crank rods, end to end?

I removed my crank, last night. It say 29L on the rods and PC on crank When i bought the banshee the owner told me that he had vitos 4mm stroker crank, and vitos piston. But i just bought vitos piston and its stamped on the inside, and my piston wasen't Maybe its all stock??? What should i look for that tells me if its stock or aftermarket Piston and crank?

2 weeks ago, my engine stalled and died do to overheat, once i took it apart, the crank was seized. I have a vito hemi head stage 2 top end (.020) and a 4mm stroker kit crank, could i use a stock crank with the viots hemi head??? I have done top ends many time, this is my first time replacing bottom end, any help would be great thanks

Last weekend, me and few friends dragged (ds, raptor,) I did about 10-12 runs without any cooling time. A friend wanted to try it, he did about 2 runs, on the 3rd run, it died on him, we tried to kick it over, but we couldn't even move the kicker We check the plugs for any shavings, everything seem good. Could it be a heat seas?? or did the bottom end go?? Today im gonna drain the oil
