If I were you, I would just part it and take the $ to buy a decent one. These things cost a lot of money and some of those fixes are not too bad but if the head is dinged up, there could be some major damage.

fuel was about half full but i am gonna get some gas in the mornin. I put the new 25 pilots in and new stock pilot air screws. Once i get some more gas, i will try it out.

I already double checked the slides and a change the carb peices one at a time so i dont mix up parts. The pilots hopefully will fix it.

The intakes are all new with heavy duty clamps and all new hoses. I dont think there is a leak. I will try the 25 pilots and hope for the best, any other suggestions..................

Is a 30 pilot too big? I have new 25's that i can put in.

yep, the tube is connected, thats the first thing i checked when it wouldnt run right. then today, i put new airscrews and springs in and played with the settings. I couldnt even get it to start. Im gonna try some fresh gas and if that doesnt work, im gonna go back to my original settings. The plugs are brand new even. I have no idea why the hell this thing is so finicky.

Why would it run good then just changing the mains, it will barely start, or run. Now 290 mains 30 pilots 1 out airscrew 3rd clip, stock needle Its about 40 degrees out but i will be running it when its about 20.

How about if i just use the yfz shock on the banshee. Wouldnt it just sit a little higher than with the shorter shock. Well, ill find out, got a brand new takeoff with a new shock cover, 60 shipped. So we'll see how a full yfz front and yfz shock rear does???

For x-mas, i got a powder coat kit and a blast cabinet. So i just ordered the crushed glass to strip everything and all the pc supplies and several lbs of reflex blue powder. Im gonna do most of my banshee yamaha reflex blue but what color frame should i do. I was thinking a high gloss black. I have to paint the frame since the oven i will be using wont fit a frame in. Gloss black Flat Black Candy red??? Oh yeah, it wil be running blue fenders and black tank and rad cover.

I dont know if anyone has tried to fit a yfz450 swingarm, shock, and linkage on a banshee. I am going to give it a shot. Just wondering if anyone has tips, tricks, or experience with this. IROOST1

carb rebuild kits from dennis kirk, 15$ each carb. Its a good deal. I had the same problem, just put in new needle seats.

Im gettin a bog just off idle, it doesnt die. It just lopes then takes off. Only when riding it too. OK, i tried three different banshee masters and i even rebuilt the one, and none of them would build pressure no matter how many times and ways i bled it. So I got a front master off ebay from a new yz250. Since my yz does stoppies easily, i figured it would work. And it did. Now the brakes are rock hard and i didnt even bleed them when i switched the master. So if you cant get your front brakes to work right, get a new, stronger master!!! PS, i have three crappy masters for sale

I wouldnt put on glasspaks unless you like cops. You will be pulled over all the time. I wouldnt pay the money for the flowmasters either. Magnaflow stainless steel is the way to go. Do it right the first time. My 05 dakota has a full custom polished stainless system with a 31 inch long round magnaflow. A a great 3.5 inch tip, its the perfect rumble and when i step on it it hauls ass. Only cost 200 bucks too.
