you might want to try spraying carb cleaner or something around the gaskets while its running and see if the idle changes being you dont have a leak down tester. just my 2 cents worth.

you can get the top end kit that includes pistons, rings, wrist pins, Cclips, and all the gaskets on ebay for 150 bucks that includes shipping. As for the hone/bore just depends on the shop you take it to. The guy here charges 40 bucks per jug for the bore. Hell if you can get a way with a hone i would do that myself just have to buy the bead hone.

you would need to use a proxy to bounce your ip around so they cant tell where its coming from. if you dont it can be traced. you also might be able to do it at the library or a cyber cafe. now if you are any good at modem hacking you can clone someones mac id then your all set. (Which is easy if you have cable internet. )

I think they are to help support your fenders incase you roll it. I have seen something like that before and thats what they said they are for. I have no idea if they work or not.

I would also do it while its cold. If your having problems starting it when its cold could be your rings arent seating right. When you do it when its warm the rings would have expanded giving you more compression. Now if it fires right up on 1 or 2 kicks then really no need to do it while its cold. Just my opinion.

I almost bought the ones that you can get from the hardware store but from what I have read from the others that run them they get soft when hot. I would suggest if you run these make sure you always carry a spare with a little coolent just incase it breaks while your out riding. I would love to get the good ones but 89-99 bucks for 2 hoses is just INSANE!!!! Course if you have the extra money its not biggie. They do look awesome!

I thought of doing this to. I know it wouldnt hurt anything just make it smoke a little. I did think it would make my CEL come on until it ran through. Mine dont like that ethonal (sp) crap. I ran the 100oct that had alot of the ethonal in it and it made my CEL come on until I put regular gas in it. I dont know if it is to good for your Cat Converter. Course I dont have one on my truck anymore. When I took it off I had to get one of those cheat plugs for the O2 for the one thats is after the CAT so the CEL wouldnt stay on. For you that dont know what the CEL is its Check Engine Light.

you will get a bunch of different opinions here I use Amsoil 40:1 and Bel-ray gear saver for the trans.
