I hear ya on that one.. I took small engines all through school. Got out and started wrenchin for a dealer. I was there for 6yrs and decided it was time to get out. After wrenchin all day it was hard to come home and get the work done that needed to be done on my own machines.. I havn't wrenched for a check in close to 5yrs now and don't regret gettin out a day in my life.. You know its bad when I get paid more money to wrench on bowling pinsetters then I did for motorcycles. On a more positive side... I still get all my employee discounts !!

You'll see better throttle response and bottom end with the 33's but the 35's will pull harder on top.

Electrical problems can favor one cylinder over the other reguadless of swaping the plug wires.. I had a similar problem awhile back.. bike would run good at idle and 1/4 throttle but just before it came onto the pipe it would sputter and lag and backfire through the left cylinder.. Turns out it was the coil gap. Just to throw another Idea out there. Are you sure somehow the slides didn't get mixed up and ended up in the wrong carbs?

I use the Tag T-2's also.. I'd love to have a set of flexx bars on my 450.. but that price tag keeps the Tag X-5's on there instead lol

Zack have your boy change out them pyramids for some Boyesen dual stage on stock cages. I think you'll be surprised. I had the Duncan National kit on my dune bike.

He'll only need the 795 pistons if he goes with a long rod crank.. Most people when they get a 4mil crank get the 115mm rods and have to use the 795 pistons. But some people use 4mil's with 110mm rods (vito's cranks) He'll only need blaster pistons if he chooses to go with a Big bore - long rod set-up because wiseco doen'st make a 795 big bore piston. Why spend 400+ on a stroker crank when a bigger HP gain could be had from porting? Out of the pipes meantioned.. The PT High-revs will retain the most bottom end.

Its probably not so much the cost.. but the shipping to AU. I imagine that wouldn't be cheap. But.. I've never shipped anything there so I'm just taking a guess.

Because it changes your weight distribution. The farther you extend your swinger, the less weight you'll have on the rear and more on the front.. Opposite is true for shorter swingers.

Dont forget Eye protection if you dont have a windshield.. (goggles or glasses for helmets)
