I need flange bushings for my a-arms. Delrin is fine. Exact measurements that I got with my caliper is Flange OD 1" Flange thickness is .053 OD is .872 ID is .38 I'm not sure what the conversion is into fractions. I dont have the bushings handy to double check them.

actually.. I got a set of cobra's for the PT fat boys. I'll sell the pair for 40 shipped.

If they just hack off .035 it'll make your squish clearance way too tight and it will need to be rechambered to correct it.

Sounds good Dave, I called a few shops down there but none of them would give me a price with out seeing what was getting done. I'd really prefer not to drive 3 hours one way just for them to give me a outrageous quote. Shop up this way wanted 300 to do the swingarm. lol I kinda felt bad for hi-jacking this thread.. I think redline's alky premix stays in suspension in even colder temps.. supposed to be some good stuff. I think it might be some pricey stuff though.. Yeah.. Mine was free so it was worth the price. But I did go back to stock. I'd like to get a dyna and have some curvs programed on a dyno.. but thats probably one of the last things I'll do. Too much other stuff to get.

I had a GYT-R box and I did notice increased spark engergy. I accidently routed a wire wrong when I put my plate back on.. The flywheel wore through the jacket and was arking on the flywheel.. Bike started fine but didn't seem to want to rev past about 5-6k. I switched the CDI out for the stocker thinking that was the problem and then it didn't even want to start.. So I think the stronger energy helped get a lil more juice to the coils. For the price there are better mods to have for sure then a aftermarket CDI.. If you think about it.. $250 is half way to a good port job.
