Screw them all down in a criss cross pattern till they all JUST bottom out on the pressure plate. Then torque them all to 8 ft lbs in a criss cross pattern. Don't lock tight them though.

Make sure to have it set correct, then use the nut and keep it tight with BLUE lock tight also

I have the same intakes and VF3 set up. I cut the shit off the back and smoothed it all out. works fine like that. Let me know how it goes

3 grunts is fine, but technically its 59 ft lbs. Then use your lock washer behind it and bend the tabs up.

Does your banshee ever run ? Anyways. If you say it has comp and fuel then i would check/test out ALL the electrical. Coil, stator, flywheel, plugs, caps, wires, all connections, pickup coil connections+gap, go over the harness for a broken wire, check all the grounds, if you have a extra CDI or a buddy has a known one that works, try it. Did it work before when it was together? What did you take it apart for and what was all done? Did you drop or hit the flywheel AT ALL..even a lil bit? Im sure you have a Clymers and the banshee electrical FAQ link, so go from there and check it all out with a cheap lil multimeter to start.

You sure have 500 mains in? And if you did ..... You would not even need a 500 main with your set up if you were 5000' BELOW sea level. You should be in the mid 300's on your mains and a 27.5-30 pilot MAX. You sure you have no air leak your compensating for? Did you pressure test the motor to see? Have you tested out your electrical yet? Could be your stator starting to take a dump. This just happen one day outa the blue?
