  1. Please put some packing in.
  2. What cyls are you running? Stock cyls are not plated, cubs ect are. Just saying
  3. D E T O N A T I O N. Knock Knock, Who's There? What plugs are you using by the way? Are you checking it properly? What size domes and altitude are you at? I would check with another gauge just to be sure!
  4. Are you sure 100% that comp gauge is accurate? I would try an other quality comp tester as its deto going on. So what gauge are you using and how old s it?
  5. Build another one. Dollar for dollar cheaper to build and make fast. Still a VERY strong after market.
  6. For the two pipes you picked, riding on sand and the mods you have and plan on doing i would go with the cpi's.
  7. Looks good man. What did you do with your other arm?
  8. Well you should be fine on stock wheels. Or even some Douglas blue label .125's if you don't jump big.Or if you want more strength go with the red label .190's Or theres quite a few from ITP also. I run the T-9 Pro Baja .190 wheels and i love them. Also you don't need a 10x6 front, you need 10x5's!
  9. JJ&A, Mod Quad and Lonestar is basically your options. Cant go wrong with ether one of them.
  10. Pretty sure stock is 18.5 from center to center.
  11. I wanna see some pics. THE WHISTLES GO WOO WOOOOO!
  12. Your basket Needs to come off. Its ONE 32 mm nut. Very simple. Get an old shop rag, stuff it between the gears on the back. Bend down the tab on the lock washer thats under the big nut, undo the nut and its off. Repeat steps to put it on. Use an impact if you have one. much easier. Your clymers explains it, but for real its very simple and quick, dont be intimidated by the nut..yes its a big one but it wont bite you Were all here to help if needed.
  13. Do you have your clutch basket off? To remove the seal you can ether punch it out from the clutch side or this is what i do. Find 2 small screws with coarse threads and drill them into the seal one on each side. Then get a pair of vise grips or pliers and pull it out easy.
  14. Yeah thats pretty sad for sure. Godspeed Brooke RIP.
  15. Not to burst your bubble, but if you want to know if your lean or rich on the mains, a Proper plug chop has to be done. But just going by what you have there you might be a lil rich some place on your jetting.
  16. Thats the exact one i picked up straight from Alba's booth at sand fest 2 years ago for 60 bux brand new, when every vendor sells all there stuff dirt cheap out on the sand. Its the rebuildable 7 click one also. Only pipes this style cant be used with is stock or PT's as it sticks back under the pipes and mounts to the stem and then the frame. You can adjust it while riding also, but ive found that setting 4 or 5 is the best. Coming up the 3rd season and is still good. Couple things you want to do is RED lock tight ALL the bolts AFTER you find exactly where it needs to be and you can turn the tires lock to lock without it hitting anything. Get the quad off the ground when you stick it on also so you know the suspension is fully extended + its easier to check to see if its going to hit anything if you dont have it in right. Also where it mounts to the frame and stem, i put a piece of black tape around them so it don't scratch if it moves on you when your getting it into place and then RED lock tight everything real Tight. When totally done, check in the air lock to lock and on the ground lock to lock with the susp compressed and fully extended to make sure it dont hit anything Check the bolts after the first ride or 2 and see if they need a quick tighten.

Stickers of what? I have a healthy stack of them.
  19. Can really tell you anything much from the pics but do these steps to the "T".... http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/plugchop.html
  20. I thought this was a joke on us here again at first glance, but i cant believe this is still going around from years ago and they did the exact same thing again.
  21. Most defiantly ditch it. I hated mine. I cut the overflow line and have it hanging down behind the rad down sorta low.
  22. Yeah off the ground but click it in gear and keep it going for a bit. Most people don't even go by the marks. I never do and i just set it with the adjuster/s until its right.
  23. Yeah sounds like your clutch plates are just sticking together as said. There proly just really dry and sticky. Stick the shee on a stand or the back wheels off the ground and pop it into gear and run it like this till shes warm. Then try again after the clutch is all wet again. I bet thats your problem, all wet clutches do that when they sit for a long period. Easy to check out and do anyways.
