  1. is there much gain in replacing stock pistons to say like wiseco pro lite pistons?
  2. im thinking about cutting my plastcs and i had trouble finding some pictures and ideas on the search link. can someone point me to some pictures or post some of thier own? if you could that would be awesome
  3. it is ported with stock carbs, shaved head, k&n filter with with open box, t5s, its about 70 degrees average right now, 2,500 ele. compression is good. yes the sparks are wet w i pull them after it dies thats why i think its flooding. it has also done this just sitting their idling... ill have to go check the jetting, i cant remember what i had in their from last summer dune trips. thanks ill check the gas cap too
  4. i own a 2000 banshee and everytime i go ride; about 30 minuets into the ride my banshee starts to die and when i give it more gas it just makes it worse almost like it bogs it down. i then have to wait 10 to 30 minuets to start it again. to me it almost seems like its flooding itself but i could be totally wrong and it could be starving itself or something not even close to what i think. does somebody have any ideas? maybe jets or needle?
  5. yeah the town of rexburg is real close. there is camp spots all around it and one has a big parking lot that sits right outside the big dunes and even has a parts store but i dont think opens till the begining of may. you definitly have to hit up choke cherry and devils dune, probably the biggest steepest dunes you will ever hit.
  6. well all i really mean is like the dune fests and gatherings seem a little better other places but i could be wrong
  7. i have been to a few different and i have never seen anything near as great as st. anthonys, just as far as the riding goes. others may have better atmospheres but if you like huge, very steep and skilled dunes, st. anthonys is the place. no permit requied and there has been times where i didnt even see dune police. just ride with a whip and hold on going up choke. but dont get me wrong glamis is a blast and so is the oregon coast. i would like to try ls utah this summer too
  8. i am relocating my key switch and wanted to know where others have mounted theirs?
  9. i have a 2000 banshee and it runs great but every once in awhile on a long ride it takes a while to start up after i turn it off to sit and talk and then sometimes after i get it started it bogs down when i give it gas it seems like it almost floods itself. but this only happens maybe once every five rides any ideas?
  10. i wouldnt get your hopes up on it running 100 mph
  11. oh sweet thanks!
  12. has anyone ever made there own clear clutch cover? i thought i have read someone say they had somewhere but i cant find it. if you have can you tell me how you did it and show some pics?
