Is there a certain torque for the nut that holds the front sprocket on has to be torqued to?

I was recently riding and for some reason the nut on the front sprocket came loose and fell off. I think I found everything except i think there is a locking washer that fits inside of the bolt. I was wondering where i could find one? Thanks
