  1. I never did going for a stock basket to a magnum billet basket and F.A.S.T clutch.
  2. Well post up a side by side pic of your bowls, i wanna see your bowls inside for a sec.
  3. Yes it does. This bowl goes on the carb with the choke tube. Make sure you put your slides in the right carb and the right way also.
  4. HAHA...shit, see i told you last night it would be something so simple man. Make sure you blue lock tight that stupid sum bitch screw in the shift star real good.. But now that i look closer, your missing the shift star pin, that lil sucker is really tiny so try and find it laying in the oil or where ever, you really Need that lil guy.. It goes in that lil hole in the shift star. Heres a couple pics of one of mine.. Remember to do that like trick with the gasket/s man so you can reuse them a few times. Also since your star and shift shaft is out, you should mod them for smoother shifting...very easy and takes a 1/2 hour or so. Good luck
  5. Nope, from bumper to grab bar. Of course man.
  6. What oil ratio are your running? Also are there new or good o-rings in the head pipes where they sit over the exhaust opening on the cyls? Or any o-ring at all?
  7. I was thinking the same thing
  8. Here is a random bike. Its good to write down both the frame and motor vin #'s as they are different from one an other. The frame vin is sorta under the flywheel cover so have a good look there. Also here is a link to see what year your frame and motor is if you want to make sure http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73599 Click the pic so its BIGGER to see Welcome to the site bro.
  9. Lower left frame rail. Also the case is stamped on the left also.

  12. 20-22mm!
  13. Take the carb caps off, pull the bowls off, take out all jets, you can use carb cleaner inside if you like( i dont), then use compressed air to clean out ALL passages (fuel circuits) inside and the jets also. Check to see if your floats are set to the correct hight and so on. Reassemble!
  14. I assume you have the stock carbs. Undo your carb caps, pull up and the slides will come out and you will see most of the needle. Unhook the throttle cable (you will see how) and then be very careful and push the needle up and out where the cable was( dont bend it). Then theres a lil clip on the needle with some notches (will look like these pics>>>) http://www.iwt.com.au/images/needle.gif ........ http://crfsonly.com/howto/450x/jetting/needle-clip-1.jpg Then depending on what you want to do (go leaner or richer on the needle) you move that lil clip up or down in those notches. To go leaner, you move the clip UP dropping the needle Down. To go richer you you move the clip Down in the notches to bring the needle up and so on. You can also read this a couple times http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/jetfaq.html
  15. DAMN, i cant wait to go back. Don't think theres any dunes around like the Oregon dunes so many areas and places to go...crazy fun sand trails, steep tree shots and an over all variety of stuff
  16. PM Member NYUK about some.
  17. I would say you could go up too a 300-310 main and should have a 27.5 pilot probably. You could also do a plug chop and see where your at on your mains for piece of mind if your not confident going by feel. http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/plugchop.html Outside temp plays a big roll in jetting also. You can also look through a ton of other people setups and jetting right here also. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=99361 Thats stickied at the top of this sub forum
  18. Proly best bet is to get something made. Or hit up Yamaha. I thought i remember someone on here that could make some sick vinyl stickers any color, size and kinda you want...Just cant remember who. Maybe they will pipe in and say. Local places can make anything you want also.
  19. ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting ting
  20. Yeah you want the adepter threads to be the same exact length as the spark plug threads will be. This tester i have came with a few different size and lengths to check different stuff. You could grab an adapter for yours i bet.
  21. The "R" means resistor. You can run ether or plugs you mentioned. The "R" plugs use a 5k ohm ceramic resistor in the spark plug to quiet down ignition noise generated during sparking.
  22. Snag some jets from a site sponsor or make a wanted post in the Wanted section.
  23. For what carbs and what size needles
