I am not positive but I thought I've heard that K&T used to do some innovative things with the LA sleeve Mono blocks when they hit the market.

Any pics of an installed concept?

PS did have some very technical stuff explained between some of the most knowledgable in the business, but it has come to a complete halt. Just a few guys that lurk over there that it would be nice to see come here.

Funny you say that, my first banshee never had it and I've had different carbs on them since. I've never once fiddled with a tors system on a banshee and if I had to I'd probably be fucked! Haha....

Yep. LA sleeve. Lotta people just bought them and put their names/specs on them and sold them. Kinda like Jeff at fast selling Noss heads with his domes and name on them.

Have you done a compression test yet? You might be getting a little detonation if you aren't feeding it enough octane. Side note: there is nothing wrong with that Trinity head. Most of their parts are just blingy gimmicks, but their Head, pipes, and clutch cover stuff is pretty stout. The head uses propriatary domes so that is the only down fall. However their dome set up is really stout! It will not move and I had one on my old big bore motor and it was the only "o ring" head that would seal up and not leak after a few hours. Just don't let trinity set up the domes, porting, or tuning...... That is their downfall.

You're sort of close on the list of what you need, but your price question is rediculous. Look at any page online and add it up. It is possible to chip away at that price with eBay or even the classifieds here or even Craigslist by buying good used stuff. No on YFZ shocks..... Just No unless you have some special arms and the shocks revalved. Arms, just get +2 arms because in the tighter trails or woods you won't fit with +3 stuff. Maybe there will be a few spots, but if you get bottle necked it will be a bad situation. Swing arm, there are a lot of -1 or -2 swing arms that pop up here used. Just be patient and keep watching for them.

Right on. Give the other hard parts a go as well. I even do the springs. I noticed that manually slipping the clutch or setting the clutch up to slip out of the turns made my lever go almost limp after 20 laps. Then once the bike cooled it was back to normal. Once I started doing the springs that problem was solved. Wondering if it would help you drag guys with more consistent springs.
