  2. That's A LOT of gear for that set up. Bet it goes real flat in 5th or 6th. Try something like 14/41. If you wanna keep the front 16, find like a 46-48 tooth rear. Pipes, going from FMF to toomeys should be pretty close. The toomey's might want more main if you're referring to switching to T5's and not just the silencers. If it's just the silencers, I doubt you would need any jetting changes.
  3. Stop. Any knowledge you have of jetting needs to be put in the trash can. There is no way you can do a plug chop like that to determine a pilot jet. You are spending money that doesn't need spending. Idling a bike longer then it should with no airflow over the radiator. And wasting time doing things that make no sense. Leave the 30 in there.

  5. Yep good dudes. They just did what they felt was right to move forward with their business and sometimes that means change. Can't knock them. Their bread and butter niche was the racing scene and it is now dominated by four stroke stuff. So I totally agree with what they are doing now.

  11. It will not run like a cub. Well, maybe with lots of tinkering and massaging. But still it probably would be sub par. If you want a cub and he is willing to trade since he wants a PV set up, trade up!

  15. Because Duncan has not done much R&D on the CP cylinder stuff. They moved on to 4 strokes before all this new cylinder stuff really took off. Their port work is not really updated at all. Good stuff that at one point was about the best. But think about it this way. They quit R&D on banshees how many years ago? And since then there are several guys who build specifically banshees everyday and they are pushing further and further then ever thought possible.

  17. You killed the electrical and it kept going. That is dieseling.... Could be other issues. But if it won't shut off with kill switch or lack of fuel that sounds sketchy. Have you fired it since and left the fuel going while trying the kill switch?
  18. Went and met Bryan yesterday at Milan. I was hoping some other folks from BHQ would of showed up, but it was still a pretty good day. Bryan was kind enough to keep me watered up and shared the shade with me. Some of his family and friends came out as well and his mom was a trooper. Rooted him on the whole time like it was a boxing match. She even told him how much cooler he was when the car yanked the front wheels up...... Fun day of relaxing at the track.
