  1. Hmm..... I suppose that could put a damper in your day.
  2. JD, buy a CNC and start making covers......
  3. Meh, Jerry turns out some cool stuff. But every now and then he has a goofy hiccup and he will go out of his way to make sure you know it's your fault. After reaming stud holes on countless regular heads, re soldering the vents on several Billit bowls, and the catastrophe over my one piece head. Sure hope he gets things fine tuned if he wants to keep moving Billit. I'm just to the point where I'd rather spend the extra dinero to not have to fiddle fuck with parts. I think if I ordered one more part from chariot and had that happened, I'd just send it back and ask for money back. Packard is the originator of these, I bet he's got what you need NOW.
  4. Nothing wrong with a plate if you're not using the junk ass vegetable paper gaskets that most of them come with. We used a plate to salvage a set of cylinders on my buddies 4mm. Cometic was sourced for some of custom shims and layered gaskets. No leaks. More engine builders out there still actually prefer their motors set up for zero deck. The banshee guys cutting step in to the domes is only like a 8-10 year old trend. Still pretty new.
  5. No worries, you're from a third rate CUNTry.
  6. If a motor has already been set up with a plate, you're sorta stuck with running it that way. Ya ya ya, some folks will tell you to yank the plate and get domes cut, but really what do you think is happening when the ports are being by 2mm of piston?
  7. The tip of the actuator is an arrow. Look on the case and there is a little wedge shaped boss in the casting . There's the other arrow. Get them to line up or be sorta close. You could have underlying issues as well. When is the last time the clutch has been apart for inspection?
  8. Teuche' for gettin after it.
  9. Many folks living very happily ever after with the TDR cranks.
  10. Damn!
  11. I was asking if you wanted a job....
  12. Suicides were in frames, or at least available in inframe
  13. Do not use those to run the pump!

  15. That's nice. Who did the line hopped?
  16. The cheapest option would be used from someone like Komisar Motorsports. I think there are a few sponsors who can get you new OEM bolts. There are also titanium replacements from Racetech.
  17. Hmmm. Bought stuff that doesn't fit. Didn't realize bigger carbs need more cable pull till paying for dyno...... I'm like an idiot? By the way it's spelled you're in that context. A period would show non nigrosity or class.... Try grinding a little material back where the stop is for the throttle. Should fix ya up. May need taller adjusters as well.

  19. Oh geez..
  20. Nitrous? Is it in both? Looks like it's actually molded in to the intake boot. Could just be a factory snomo boot or some motorcycle boot that someone just retrofitted. That wouldn't be optimal for fuel pump.
  21. ^ Jim has long since been done.
